前記第2センシング部は、前記赤外線透過フィルタを通過した外部光を受光して照度状態を測定する照度感知部と、前記赤外線透過フィルタを通過した赤外線を受光して前記光源部のオンオフによる出力電圧の差によって前記被写体の近接度を測定する近接度感知部と、前記赤外線透過フィルタを通過した特定帯域の波長を有する可視光線による出力電圧を生成し、前記被写体の色温度を測定する色温度感知部を具備することを特徴とする。

Claims (10)
- イメージセンサにおいて、
被写体に向けて特定帯域の波長を有する赤外線を照射する光源部と、
前記光源部への電源供給を制御する光源制御部と、
前記被写体で反射した後、レンズを通じて入射する光のうち、特定帯域の波長を有する赤外線と可視光のみを選択的に透過させる赤外線透過フィルタと、
前記赤外線透過フィルタを通過した前記被写体のイメージを取り込む撮像画素を備える第1センシング部と、
前記赤外線透過フィルタを通過した赤外線と可視光を受光して、現在の照度、前記被写体の近接度及び前記被写体の色温度を測定する第2センシング部と、を具備し、
前記第2センシング部は、
前記赤外線透過フィルタを通過した外部光を受光して照度状態を測定する照度感知部と、
前記赤外線透過フィルタを通過した赤外線を受光して前記光源部のオンオフによる出力電圧の差によって前記被写体の近接度を測定する近接度感知部と、
前記赤外線透過フィルタを通過した特定帯域の波長を有する可視光線による出力電圧を生成し、前記被写体の色温度を測定する色温度感知部を具備することを特徴とする照度、近接度及び色温度の測定が可能なイメージセンサ。 - 前記第2センシング部は、
前記第1センシング部以外の領域に別個に設けられ、前記第1センシング部と分離して独立に動作することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照度、近接度及び色温度の測定が可能なイメージセンサ。 - 前記近接度感知部は、
赤外線センサ(IR画素)を具備し、
前記光源部がオフした状態での前記赤外線センサの出力電圧値と、前記光源部がオンした状態での前記赤外線センサの出力電圧値の差を比べて、被写体の近接度を感知するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照度、近接度及び色温度の測定が可能なイメージセンサ。 - 前記近接度感知部は、
前記赤外線センサの上部に可視光遮断フィルタをさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の照度、近接度及び色温度の測定が可能なイメージセンサ。 - 前記色温度感知部は、
レッド(R)画素、グリーン(G)画素及びブルー(B)画素を具備し、前記赤外線透過フィルタを通過した特定帯域の波長を有する可視光による出力電圧を感知して、前記被写体の色温度を測定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照度、近接度及び色温度測定が可能なイメージセンサ。 - 前記光源部は、850nmの波長を有する赤外線を照射する赤外線発光ダイオードで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の照度、近接度及び色温度の測定が可能なイメージセンサ。
- 前記赤外線透過フィルタは、
400nm〜650nmの波長を有する可視光及び前記850nmの波長を有する赤外線を透過させることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の照度、近接度及び色温度の測定が可能なイメージセンサ。 - 前記光源制御部は、
前記照度感知部において前記赤外線透過フィルタを通過した外部光を受光して測定した照度が基準値以下であると判断された場合、夜間撮影のための光源として前記赤外線発光ダイオードをオンすることを特徴とする請求項7に照度、近接度及び色温度の測定が可能なイメージセンサ。 - 前記光源制御部は、
近接度判断のための光源として前記赤外線発光ダイオードを利用する場合、一定時間の間に前記赤外線発光ダイオードがオンとオフを複数回繰り返すように制御することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の照度、近接度及び色温度の測定が可能なイメージセンサ。 - 前記光源制御部は、前記赤外線発光ダイオードのオン時間を0.1秒以下に維持しながら、3〜5回繰り返してオン及びオフするように制御することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の照度、近接度及び色温度の測定が可能なイメージセンサ。
