Claims (3)
- インクを吐出する複数のノズルと、このノズルに対応する複数の圧力室とが設けられたキャビティユニットと、
このキャビティユニットに積層され、前記各圧力室内のインクに選択的に吐出圧力を与える複数の圧力発生部を各圧力室に対応して有するアクチュエータとからなるインクジェットヘッドの組み立て方法において、
前記キャビティユニットには、前記圧力室と圧力発生部との位置合わせ用に、前記圧力室と一定の位置関係で形成されて、前記圧力室が形成された面側へそれと反対側から照射した光を透過する貫通孔を有し、
前記貫通孔の一端である第1開口部は前記圧力室が形成された面に形成し、前記貫通孔の他端である第2開口部は前記光が照射する側に形成し、
前記貫通孔の前記第2開口部は、前記ノズルが開口した面とほぼ同じ位置において光透過性の部材にて覆い、
前記第1開口部の輪郭は、前記第2開口部の径よりも小さく形成され、且つ前記貫通孔の前記他端から前記第1開口部までの中途部の内周面は前記第2開口部の径と同一の筒状に形成し、
前記光を前記圧力室が形成された面側へそれと反対側から照射して前記第1開口部を前記圧力室が形成された面側で撮像し、
その撮像にもとづいて前記圧力室と圧力発生部とを位置合わせして前記キャビティユニットとアクチュエータとを積層することを特徴とするインクジェットヘッドの組み立て方法。 - 前記ノズルを有する光透過性の樹脂材料製のノズルプレートは、前記第2開口部を覆って、前記貫通孔を有するプレートに積層し、
前記光を、前記ノズルプレートを通して前記第2開口部側から前記第1開口部側へ照射することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインクジェットヘッドの組み立て方法。 - 前記第1開口部は、前記キャビティユニットに複数個設け、その複数個の第1開口部の撮像により重心位置を求め、その重心位置にもとづいて前記圧力室と圧力発生部とを位置合わせすることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のインクジェットヘッドの組み立て方法。
