Claims (9)
- 統合調整装置付き車輪ブレーキにおいて、
ブレーキハウジング(1)内で案内され、ブレーキライニング(4)に対して作用する圧力ピストン(2)、
前記圧力ピストン(2)を作動する作動装置、
前記ブレーキハウジング内において、前記作動装置と前記圧力ピストン(2)間の力の流れに配置され、前記圧力ピストン(2)にねじ込み接続(11;111)される調整素子(10;110)、
前記作動装置の枢動可能な作動レバー(13)であって、一方の側が前記ブレーキハウジング(1)に、他方の側が前記圧力ピストン(2)の方向に支持された作動レバー(13)、及び
前記作動レバー(13)と前記圧力ピストン(2)間の力の流れに配置された圧力伝達装置であって、前記作動レバー(13)に対して回転可能に形成され、第1の圧力面(60a)を有する第1の圧力素子(60;122)と、前記第1の圧力素子(60;122)に対して回転可能であり、圧力合わせ面(12a)を有する第2の圧力素子(59;133)を備える圧力伝達装置
を備え、
前記圧力ピストン(2)は、ヨーク(2a)により、2つの個別圧力ピストンを堅固に相互連結した2重圧力ピストン(2)であり、前記ヨーク(2a)の中央に、前記調整素子(10;110)へのねじ込み接続部(11;111)が配置される、
車輪ブレーキ。 - 前記第1の圧力素子(59;133)を前記調整素子(11;110)と一体に形成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車輪ブレーキ。
- 前記圧力素子(60;122)の圧力面は、滑り軸受け(133)を介して、前記圧力素子(59;133)の圧力合わせ面に支持されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車輪ブレーキ。
- 滑り軸受けとしてフラットディスク(133)を備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車輪ブレーキ。
- 前記ディスク(133)は有孔ディスクであり、前記圧力素子(60;122)の中央突起部(134)にセンタリングされることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車輪ブレーキ。
- 前記調整素子(110)に歯(129)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の車輪ブレーキ。
- 前記歯(129)は、前記調整素子(110)に隣接して配置される歯車(140)の歯(141)と噛合することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の車輪ブレーキ。
- 前記歯車(140)には、前記調整素子(110)を復帰するための係合手段(142)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の車輪ブレーキ。
- 前記歯車(140)は、前記第1の圧力素子(122)の横延長部(122b)に回転可能に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の車輪ブレーキ。
