Claims (6)
- ホイールキャリアに配置された電気機械式のアクチュエータ(15)によって操作可能な空中に支承された拡張ロックを有する車両用の電気機械式に操作可能なパーキングブレーキにあって、このパーキングブレーキは、「デュオサーボ」型のパーキングブレーキとして構成されていて、この拡張ロック(2)は、主に1つの雌ねじスピンドル部品(8)と2つの加圧部材(13,14)とから構成されていて、この雌ねじスピンドル部品(8)の雌ねじ(6)が、電気機械式のアクチュエータ(15)によって駆動される電気機械式に操作可能なパーキングブレーキにおいて、
少なくとも1つの弾性要素(9)が、雌ねじスピンドル部品(8)と加圧部材(13,14)のうちの少なくとも1つの加圧部材との間に力の作用方向に設けられていること、
減速ギア(12)又は雌ねじスピンドル部品(8)が自己制動式に構成されていること、
雌ねじ(6)の軸支が、拡張ロック(2)のハウジング(10)内に設けられていること、
雌ねじ(6)の軸支は、半球形の軸受(20)によって実現されること、および、
半球形の軸受(20)は、半球形の構成部材(32)と凹形の軸受部材(33)によって構成され、この凹形の軸受部材(33)は、軸線方向の延長部材(34)を有し、この延長部材(34)は、凹形の軸受部材(33)から半球形の構成部材(32)と反対の方向に延在し、かつスピンドル(7)のブラインドエンド孔(35)内に突出していることを特徴とする電気機械式に操作可能なパーキングブレーキ。 - 弾性要素(9)は、加圧部材(14)と雌ねじ(6)に連動する圧力リング(21)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気機械式に操作可能なパーキングブレーキ。
- 半球形の軸受(20)は、ボール(22)及びボールソケット(23)によって構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気機械式に操作可能なパーキングブレーキ。
- 雌ねじ(6)は、弾性要素(9),圧力リング(21)及び半球形の軸受(20)を介して加圧部材(14)で支持されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電気機械式に操作可能なパーキングブレーキ。
- 加圧部材(14),弾性要素(9)及び圧力リング(21)が、独立して取り扱うことができる構成群を構成することを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電気機械式に操作可能なパーキングブレーキ。
- 弾性要素(9)は、少なくとも1つの皿ばねによって構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電気機械式に操作可能なパーキングブレーキ。
