技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于机动车辆的可机电式致动的停车制动器,该制动器设计成“双向伺服”型鼓式制动器,它包括被浮动地支承的膨胀锁,该膨胀锁可由布置在车轮支架上的机电致动器操作,并且主要由螺母丝杠组件和两个加压件构成,该螺母丝杠组件中的螺母由该机电致动器致动。
背景技术
国际申请WO 2004/059189A1公开了一种这种类型的可机电式致动的停车制动器。在现有技术的停车制动器中,由于螺母具有直齿而实现了对膨胀锁的浮动支承,所述直齿与螺旋齿轮形成斜齿轮传动系统或者与齿轮形成齿轮传动系统。当致动一停在斜坡上的汽车的停车制动器时,汽车将沿下坡力的方向略微移动,直至制动蹄由于作为“双向伺服”型鼓式制动器的特征性的自加强作用而与制动鼓和车轮支架上的支承件相接合。在这些作用下,在膨胀锁中产生消耗行程,该消耗行程由于设置在力通量中的构件的刚性而造成膨胀力的直接损失,因而造成压紧力减小,这可导致安全临界状况。此外,在现有技术中的停车制动器中可能出现不再能松开停车制动器的情况。当先前已经发热的制动鼓冷却时,该制动鼓会出现很小的收缩过程,因此,由于已经提到位于力通量中的构件的大的刚度而使压紧力增大。上述压紧力的增大使得停车制动器的松开无法实现,这是必须考虑的缺点。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是改进上述类型的可机电式致动的停车制动器,以便在停车制动过程中不管外界影响如何都能可靠地保持调节好的压紧力。
按照本发明,通过在力通量(力流)中在螺母丝杠(心轴)组件和至少一个加压件之间设置至少一个弹性元件来实现该目的。
为了使本发明的对象更具体,规定将弹性元件布置在加压件和一与螺母配合的加压环之间。
在本发明的对象的一个特别有利的改进中,在膨胀锁的外壳中设有螺母的轴向支承件。
此时,该轴向支承件设计为球帽型轴承,该球帽型轴承由球和球窝形成或者由球帽型构件和凹入的支承部件形成。该凹入的支承部件包括一伸入丝杠的盲孔中的轴向延伸部。
还规定,螺母通过弹性元件、加压环和球帽型轴承支承在加压件上。
在本发明的对象的一个特别有利的实施形式中,加压件、弹性元件和加压环形成一可独立操作的子组件。
另一有利的实施方式中规定,弹性元件由至少一个碟形弹簧形成。

具体实施方式
如图1中所示,可机电式致动的停车制动器主要包括一本身已知的“双向伺服”型鼓式制动器和一机电致动器15。“双向伺服”型鼓式制动器包括一仅部分示出的制动鼓5、一对设有摩擦表面的制动蹄3、4和一膨胀锁2,该膨胀锁可使制动蹄3、4的摩擦表面与制动鼓5的内侧接合。“双向伺服”型鼓式制动器的特征在于一可自由移动地或浮动地安装的支承装置14,该支承装置14与膨胀锁2相对并且布置在制动蹄3、4之间。此外,支承装置14与一调节装置相结合。
上述膨胀锁2主要由一螺母丝杠组件8和两个加压件13、14形成,其中,一个加压件13与丝杠7配合,而另一个加压件14则与螺母6配合。如同在图1中示出的那样,螺母丝杠组件8由螺旋齿轮1致动,该螺旋齿轮由机电致动器15通过一未详细描述的减速齿轮箱12驱动。为此,螺母6在外表面上包括平行于该螺母6的轴线延伸的齿。采用螺母6的这种直齿,上述螺旋齿轮1就形成了斜齿轮传动系统。当螺旋齿轮1被机电致动器15致动时,将使螺母6转动。由于螺母6的这种转动运动,螺母丝杠组件8的丝杠7将进行平移运动,并且推动两个制动蹄3、4以所要求的压紧力接合制动鼓5。
为了能实现停车制动过程,将减速齿轮箱12或螺母丝杠组件8设计成自锁的。通过这一措施,在机电致动器15无电流的状态,制动蹄3、4仍然与制动鼓5接合。
如果汽车停在一斜坡上,在调节所要求的压紧力之后,汽车将沿下坡力的方向略微移动。此时,制动鼓5以预定量的角度转动,直至开始进行作为“双向伺服”型鼓式制动器的特征的自加强作用。然而,所期望的压紧力会因此减小。出于这一原因,本发明规定,在力通量中,在螺母丝杠组件8和与螺母6配合的加压件14之间布置一弹性元件9,该弹性元件补偿了上述的所期望的压紧力的减小。还可能出现的是,当先前已经发热的制动鼓5冷却时,不能进行停车制动器的松开过程。在这种冷却中,制动鼓5出现一定的收缩,从而因位于力通量中的构件的大的刚度而提高了压紧力。在此情况下,机电致动器15可能将不能进行停车制动器的松开,这是因为压紧力太大并且位于力通量中的构件已经被挤住。通过在图1中示出的本发明的上述布置,也可防止这种(不能松开停车制动器的)现象。
如示出膨胀锁2的图2中所看到的那样,弹性元件9布置在与螺母6相配合的加压件14和与螺母6相配合的加压环21之间。螺母6借助于球帽型轴承20可枢转地支承在膨胀锁2的外壳10中。螺母6的外表面上的直齿未示出。一旦机电致动器驱动与螺母6相啮合的未示出的螺旋齿轮,则如同已经说明的那样,将会使螺母6转动。从而,丝杠在图中向左平移,并在图中向左压加压件13,因此而抵靠图2中未示出的制动鼓压图2中未示出的第一制动蹄。如此得到的压紧力就通过丝杠7、螺母6、球帽型轴承20并且通过弹性元件9支承在与螺母6配合的加压件14上。作为反作用,第二制动蹄也压靠制动鼓,而膨胀锁2本身则在制动鼓内对中。在此过程中,弹性元件9被压缩或受载荷。
借助于上述球帽型轴承20对螺母6进行轴向支承是特别有利的,因为横向力不会损伤球帽型轴承20并且不会作用在螺母6与丝杠7之间的螺纹上-否则螺纹会受到很大的磨损。上述横向力基本上由加压件14的可能的倾翻产生。
在图2所示的实施例中,球帽型轴承由球22和硬化的球窝23形成,它们的直径不同。因此,摩擦力矩较小。上述球22由一包围该球的球座24保持。球座24在远离球22的一侧具有多个指状部25,所述指状部支承在上述加压环21中,并由此通过球帽型轴承20和弹性元件9而在螺母6与加压件14之间建立力通量。此外,从图2可以看出,与螺母6配合的加压件14、弹性元件9和加压环21借助于一盘片件26形成可独立操作的子组件。或者,可将包含球22的球座24添加到上述可独立操作的子组件中。
图3示出膨胀锁2的第二实施例。在膨胀锁2的外壳10中容纳螺母6、丝杠7以及两个加压件13、14。如已经根据图2说明的那样,通过螺旋齿轮1使螺母6转动,该螺旋齿轮1在图3中仅以横截面示出。因此,丝杠7在图中向左平移,从而抵靠未示出的制动鼓压制动蹄4,接着,作为反作用,相对放置的制动蹄3贴靠制动鼓的内侧。在此过程中,膨胀锁2本身在制动鼓中对中,而弹性元件9则被压缩或受载荷。
在图3所示的实施形式中,对螺母6的轴向支承也通过球帽型轴承20实现。不过,与图2中所示的实施例相反,该球帽型轴承20由球帽型构件32和凹入的支承部件33形成。此时,该凹入的支承部件33刚性连接到螺母6,并具有一伸入丝杠7的盲孔35中的轴向延伸部34。该球帽型构件32配合在加压环21中,并与该加压环21以及与弹性元件9和加压件14形成一可独立操作的子组件。为此,加压件14形成一帽形凹座,弹性元件9布置在该凹座中。在帽形凹座的中部设置有用于铆接所述构件的构件。

Claims (9)
