Claims (4)
- キャビネット内部の左右側端部に配設されるスピーカと、
スピーカに設けられた板棒状の入力端子と、
キャビネット内部に配設されるプリント基板と、
一端がプリント基板の出力端子に接続されるリードワイヤと、
長手方向の各端から所定距離の位置に貫通して設けられた前記入力端子を挿入して半田付けするための長孔を有し、前記リードワイヤの他端が半田付けされた平面略長方形のコネクタ基板と、
を有するスピーカの入力端子の接続構造において、
コネクタ基板の対向する長辺縁の各端から所定距離の位置に、直交方向の切込みを対向して設けることにより、コネクタ基板の長手方向の各端部に、前記長孔を横切るようにして所定の大きさで割取ってコネクタ基板の長手方向の端位置を所定距離だけ反対端側へ退かせるための割取り部を形成し、
スピーカの配設位置で、コネクタ基板の長手方向の一端部とキャビネット側壁との距離が取れない場合に、前記割取り部の一方を割取った後、前記入力端子を前記長孔へ挿入して半田付けすることにより、コネクタ基板がキャビネット側壁に接触するのを回避することを特徴とするスピーカの入力端子の接続構造。 - スピーカの入力端子と、プリント基板の出力端子に接続されるリードワイヤと、が半田付けされるコネクタ基板において、
コネクタ基板を平面略長方形とし、
コネクタ基板の長手方向の両端部に、所定の大きさで割取ってコネクタ基板の長手方向の端位置を所定距離だけ反対端側へ退かせるための割取り部を形成し、
前記コネクタ基板には、長手方向の各端から所定距離の位置に、前記入力端子を挿入して半田付けするための長孔が貫通して設けられ、
前記長孔を横切って前記割取り部を割取るように切込みを設けたことを特徴とするコネクタ基板。 - 前記割取り部は、コネクタ基板の対向する長辺縁の各端から所定距離の位置に、直交方向の切込みを対向して設けることにより、形成されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のコネクタ基板。
- スピーカの前記入力端子を板棒状としたことを特徴とする請求項2又は請求項3に記載のコネクタ基板。
