Description
容器や梱包資材には様々な素材のものが使用されるが、日々消費されるはんだボールのような容器が、リサイクルに困難な素材であれば、環境負荷が高くなるという問題がある。
通気性材料からなる容器に微小はんだボールを充填する段階と、
前記容器の外部に配置すべき脱酸素乾燥剤を用意する段階と、
前記容器および前記脱酸素乾燥剤を非通気性の袋部材内に収納し、気密状態に封止する段階と、
を含む、微小はんだボールの保存方法が提供される。
前記容器および前記脱酸素乾燥剤を前記袋部材内に収納した後、該袋部材を気密状態に封止する前に、該袋部材内を脱気する段階をさらに含むようにしてもよい。
微小はんだボールを収容した容器と、該容器の外部に配置された脱酸素乾燥剤と、前記容器および前記脱酸素乾燥剤を収容して気密状態に封止された非通気性の袋部材とを備え、
前記容器が通気性材料からなることを特徴とする、微小はんだボールの保存用パッケージ体も提供される。
前記袋部材の内部は脱気してもよい。
前記容器が複数備えられており、複数の前記容器間の相対位置を固定維持する保持部材をさらに備えるようにしてもよい。
前記保持部材は複数の前記容器の周囲を覆うようにすることができる。
前記保持部材は、外部からの衝撃を緩和するための膨出部を有することもできる。
前記脱酸素乾燥剤が前記保持部材の外部に配置された場合、前記保持部材は通気性を有するものとする。
前記保持部材を通気性材料からなるものとしてもよい。
前記保持部材が通気口を有するものとしてもよい。
前記保持部材は、前記脱酸素乾燥剤を適所に着座せしめる凹所を有することができる。
前記保持部材を、複数の前記容器間を連結する連結部材とし、該連結部材を手で破断可能な構造とすることもできる。
前記容器は自立性のある部材とすることができる。
前記容器は、容器本体と該容器本体の開口部を覆う蓋部材とを有するものとすることができる。
前記容器は透明または半透明な樹脂で作ることができる。
前記容器は導電性を有するものとすることができる。
前記保持部材も透明または半透明な樹脂で作ることができる。
前記容器は、リサイクルに適したポリエチレンテレフタレートで作ることが好ましい。
前記保持部材もまた、リサイクルに適したポリエチレンテレフタレートで作ることが好ましい。
本発明による微小はんだボールの保存方法に使用する、通気性材料からなる容器は、
微小はんだボールが充填される容器本体と、内蓋部材と、外蓋部材とを有しており、
前記内蓋部材は、隙間嵌め状態で前記容器本体の前記開口部に嵌合するよう寸法づけられており、
前記外蓋部材および前記容器本体は、前記外蓋部材が前記容器本体の前記開口部に取り付けられたとき、前記内蓋部材と前記容器本体との間に微小はんだボールの通過を許容する隙間が形成されない状態になるように前記内蓋部材を保持するようになされている、
容器とすることができる。
Claims (14)
- 通気性材料からなる微小はんだボールを収容する容器と、該容器を受け入れるための受容部を備えた保持部材と、該容器の外部に配置された脱酸素乾燥剤と、前記容器と前記保持部材および前記脱酸素乾燥剤を収容して気密状態に封止された非通気性の袋部材とを備えたことを特徴とする、微小はんだボールの保存用パッケージ体。
- 前記袋部材の内部が脱気されている、請求項1に記載の微小はんだボールの保存用パッケージ体。
- 前記保持部材は、前記容器の前記受容部が複数備えられており、複数の前記容器間の相対位置を固定維持するようにしたことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の微小はんだボールの保存用パッケージ体。
- 前記保持部材が前記容器の周囲を覆うようになされている、請求項1に記載の微小はんだボールの保存用パッケージ体。
- 前記保持部材が、膨出部を有している、請求項1に記載の微小はんだボールの保存用パッケージ体。
- 前記脱酸素乾燥剤が前記保持部材の外部に配置されており、前記保持部材が通気性を有している、請求項1に記載の微小はんだボールの保存用パッケージ体。
- 前記保持部材が通気性材料からなる、請求項1に記載の微小はんだボールの保存用パッケージ体。
- 前記保持部材が通気口を有している、請求項1に記載の微小はんだボールの保存用パッケージ体。
- 前記保持部材が、前記脱酸素乾燥剤を適所に着座せしめる凹所を有している、請求項1に記載の微小はんだボールの保存用パッケージ体。
- 前記保持部材の代わりに、複数の前記容器間を連結する連結部材を設け、該連結部材は手で破断可能な構造とされている、請求項1に記載の微小はんだボールの保存用パッケージ体。
- 前記容器が、容器本体と該容器本体の開口部を覆う蓋部材とを有している、請求項1に記載の微小はんだボールの保存用パッケージ体。
- 前記容器が導電性を有している、請求項1に記載の微小はんだボールの保存用パッケージ体。
- 前記容器がポリエチレンテレフタレートで作られている、請求項1に記載の微小はんだボールの保存用パッケージ体。
- 前記保持部材がポリエチレンテレフタレートで作られている、請求項1に記載の微小はんだボールの保存用パッケージ体。
