Claims (10)
- 複数のセル及び前記複数のセルのそれぞれに連結される複数のセルリレーを含むバッテリー管理システムであって、
前記複数のセルリレーのオフ時基準電圧を伝達されて前記基準電圧に対応する第1電圧を利得により増幅して第2電圧を生成する電圧検出部を含んで、前記電圧検出部の温度を測定するセンシング部と、
前記電圧検出部の温度が臨界温度範囲に含まれるとき、前記基準電圧に対する第2電圧の比に対応した有効利得を算出する演算処理部と、
を含むことを特徴とするバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記センシング部は、
前記複数のセルのうち第1セルの電圧に対応する入力電圧を利得により増幅して、出力電圧を生成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記演算処理部は、
前記第1セルの出力電圧と前記有効利得を用いて、前記第1セルの電圧を検出することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記センシング部は、
前記第1セルと連結され、前記第1セルの電圧を伝達する第1リレーと、
前記第1セルの電圧に対応する入力電圧を貯蔵するキャパシタと、
前記入力電圧を利得により増幅して出力電圧を生成する差動増幅段と、
前記キャパシタと前記差動増幅段を連結する第2リレーとを含み、
前記基準電圧は前記第1リレーの入力端に伝達されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記演算処理部は、
イグニッションキーのキーオン時の第1有効利得を算出し、キーオン直前のキーオフ時の第2有効利得と前記第1有効利得とを比較し、
前記第1有効利得と前記時第2有効利得が同一でない場合、前記電圧検出部の回路に異常があるものと判断することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記臨界温度範囲は、
前記電圧検出部の温度変化に応じて前記電圧検出部の利得が変わる温度範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 複数のセルに順次に連結され、前記複数のセルのうち第1セルの電圧に対応する入力電圧を伝達されて、利得により増幅して出力電圧を生成する電圧検出部を含むバッテリー管理システムの作動方法であって、
イグニッションキーのキーオン時の第1有効利得を算出して、前記キーオン時の第1有効利得とキーオン直前のキーオフ時の第2有効利得を比較して、前記電圧検出部の回路の異常有無を診断する電圧検出部診断段階と、
前記電圧検出部の温度を測定し、前記測定された温度が臨界温度範囲に属するとき、基準電圧を前記電圧検出部に伝達する基準電圧伝達段階と、
前記伝達された基準電圧に対応する第1電圧を貯蔵する基準電圧貯蔵段階と、
前記第1電圧を抵抗比により増幅して第2電圧を生成する電圧増幅段階と、
前記基準電圧に対する前記第2電圧の比に対応した有効利得を算出する有効利得算出段階と、
を含むことを特徴とするバッテリー管理システムの作動方法。 - 前記有効利得算出段階の後に、
前記第1セルの出力電圧と前記有効利得を用いて、前記第1セルの電圧を検出するセル電圧検出段階を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリー管理システムの作動方法。 - 前記電圧検出部診断段階の比較の結果、
前記キーオン時の第1有効利得と前記キーオン直前のキーオフ時の第2有効利得が同一であれば、前記電圧検出部の回路に異常がないと判断して、前記基準電圧伝達段階を実行することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリー管理システムの作動方法。 - 前記基準電圧伝達段階の臨界温度範囲は、
前記電圧検出部の温度変化に応じて前記電圧検出部の利得が変わる温度範囲であることを特徴とする請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリー管理システムの作動方法。
