Claims (10)
- 内部に有機系の廃棄物を収容する閉鎖空間を有する密閉容器と、
密閉容器内に該廃棄物を炭化させうる程度の高温高圧の蒸気を噴出する蒸気噴出手段と、
密閉容器内の底側に設けられ開閉機構を有する排出口と、
排出口からの直接排出操作のみで処理された廃棄物と液体とを分離して回収する分離回収手段とを備えた有機系廃棄物の処理装置であって、
分離回収手段は、
密閉容器の閉鎖空間とは異なる他の閉鎖空間を有し、排出口を介して該密閉容器内部に連通する液体の回収部と、
密閉容器内の液体のみを排出口を介して自然流下により回収部へ回収させる自然流下回収機構と、を有することを特徴とする有機系廃棄物の処理装置。 - 自然流下回収機構は、液体の回収操作前に、密閉容器の閉鎖空間と回収部の閉鎖空間とを同圧にさせる同圧形成手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の有機系廃棄物の処理装置。
- 同圧形成手段は、排出口を介した液体の回収経路と異なる別の経路で密閉容器の閉鎖空間と回収部の閉鎖空間とを連通させる同圧連通管を有することを特徴とする請求項2記載の有機系廃棄物の処理装置。
- 別の経路を有する同圧連通管と密閉容器との連通は、密閉容器の上端側に設定された連通接続部を介して行なわれることを特徴とする請求項3記載の有機系廃棄物の処理装置。
- 自然流下回収機構は、密閉容器の排出口と回収部とを連通接続する液体回収流路を含み、
該液体回収流路は排出口との連通側から回収部側に向けて、水平又は下り傾斜状に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の有機系廃棄物の処理装置。 - 処理された廃棄物の排出口からの排出経路途中に開閉機構が設けられ、開閉機構よりも排出経路上流側に液体回収流路の液体導入口が連通接続されていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の有機系廃棄物の処理装置。
- 液体回収流路には、密閉容器内での廃棄物の処理中には流路を遮断するとともに、処理後に液体のみを回収する際には流路を連通させるように連通状態を選択的に切り替える開閉機構が設けられた請求項5または6記載の有機系廃棄物の処理装置。
- 回収部の閉鎖空間の底面が密閉容器の排出口の位置より低く設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の有機系廃棄物の処理装置。
- 回収部は、その閉鎖空間内に回収した液体の液面が常に排出口より低くなるように設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の有機系廃棄物の処理装置。
- 開閉自在の排出口を有する第1の閉鎖容器内で有機系の廃棄物を高温高圧の蒸気を噴出しながら処理した後に、処理された廃棄物と液体とを分離回収するにあたり、
第1の閉鎖容器の排出口と連通接続されるとともに、排出口とは異なる連通部を介して該第1の閉鎖容器と同圧になる第2の閉鎖容器を用意し、
それらの閉鎖容器を同圧にした状態で、排出口を介して液体を自然流下させることにより、第2の閉鎖容器に液体のみを分離回収することを特徴とする有機系廃棄物の処理における液体分離回収方法。
