Claims (17)
- A)同時押し出しされた食品の外側に塩水溶液を供給する処理ステップと、
B)前記処理ステップA)において使用された塩水溶液を収集する処理ステップと、
C)塩水溶液から水を強制的に蒸発させるステップを含むように前記収集された塩水溶液の条件を再調節する処理ステップと、
D)条件再調節された前記塩水溶液を処理ステップA)で再使用する処理ステップとを備えた、同時押し出しされた前記食品のケーシングを少なくとも部分的に脱水するための方法。 - 前記塩水溶液から水を強制的に蒸発させるステップは、前記塩水溶液を加熱することを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記収集した塩水溶液をろ過することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 吸収によって塩水溶液から少なくとも1つの成分を実質的に除去するように、前記収集した水溶液をろ過することを特徴とする、請求項3記載の方法。
- 活性炭素を使用して、吸収により、塩水溶液から少なくとも1つの成分を実質的に除去するように、前記収集した水溶液をろ過することを特徴とする、請求項3記載の方法。
- 変色を防止するように、塩水溶液に添加物を添加することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 変色を少なくとも部分的に反転するように、塩水溶液に添加物を添加することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記添加物は、過酸化水素のような強力なオキシダントを含むことを特徴とする、請求項6または7記載の方法。
- 前記強力なオキシダントは、過炭酸ナトリウムのような強力なオキシダントの塩誘導体を含むことを特徴とする、請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記強力なオキシダントは、酸誘導体を含むことを特徴とする、請求項8記載の方法。
- 塩水溶液の変色を少なくとも実質的に防止するように、塩水溶液に放射線を照射することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 塩水溶液の変色を少なくとも実質的に反転するように、塩水溶液に放射線を照射することを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 紫外線により前記照射を行うことを特徴とする、請求項11または12記載の方法。
- 同時押し出しされた食品のためのブラインシステムと、
前記ブラインシステムに接続された、塩水溶液のための供給手段と、
同じように前記ブラインシステムに接続された塩水溶液のための収集手段とを備えた、同時押し出しされた食品のケーシングを少なくとも部分的に脱水するための装置において、
前記装置には、収集した塩水溶液を強制的に蒸発させ、前記収集手段によって収集された塩水溶液の条件を再調節し、条件が再調節された塩水溶液を、供給手段に送るための、加熱手段を備えた条件再調節手段も設けられていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記条件再調節手段には、塩水溶液に添加物を供給するための分配手段が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項14記載の装置。
- 前記条件再調節手段には、放射線の照射手段が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項14または15に記載の装置。
- 前記条件再調節手段には、フィルタが設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項14〜16のいずれかに記載の装置。
