Claims (7)
- 大気雰囲気下、加圧雰囲気下または水蒸気雰囲気下でエージング処理が施された製鋼スラグに、粉体群がペースト状の流動性を有する状態を形成するような、該製鋼スラグの粉末のまわりに存在する状態の自由水が存在し始める水分値未満で、かつ、該水分値よりも10質量%少ない値以上の範囲となるように添加する水分量を調整した後に、相対湿度が75%〜100%の炭酸ガス含有ガスを流すことにより、前記製鋼スラグの粒同士を固結させることなく炭酸化処理を行う製鋼スラグの安定化処理方法であって、
前記炭酸化処理の際に、前記製鋼スラグを含む周囲の雰囲気における単位時間当たりの温度変化が1.2℃/hr以下となった場合に、前記製鋼スラグ中の一部を選択的にガスが流れる吹き抜け現象が起こらない限界の供給量以下となる範囲内で炭酸ガスの供給量を増加させることを特徴とする、製鋼スラグの安定化処理方法。 - 前記単位時間当たりの温度変化が1.2℃/hr以下の状態となった場合に、前記炭酸化処理後の前記炭酸ガス含有ガスを回収し、当該回収したガスを、前記炭酸化処理に用いる前記炭酸ガス供給ガスとして再利用することにより、炭酸ガスの供給量を増加させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製鋼スラグの安定化処理方法。
- 前記炭酸化処理後の前記炭酸ガス含有ガスの炭酸ガス濃度を測定し、
当該炭酸ガス濃度が5体積%以上のときに、前記回収したガスを再利用することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の製鋼スラグの安定化処理方法。 - 前記炭酸化処理後の前記炭酸ガス含有ガスを回収し、前記回収したガスの相対湿度が75%〜100%となるように加湿した後に、前記回収したガスを再利用することを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の製鋼スラグの安定化処理方法。
- 水分量を調整後、前記炭酸ガス含有ガスを流す際の前記製鋼スラグを含む周囲の雰囲気の温度が、常温以上、80℃以下となるように、前記吹き抜け限界以下となる範囲内の前記炭酸ガス含有ガスの供給量を制御することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の製鋼スラグの安定化処理方法。
- 前記製鋼スラグとして、粒径が1mm以下のものが5質量%〜20質量%、粒径が1mm〜5mmのものが15質量%〜30質量%、粒径が5mm超のものが50質量%〜80質量%であるスラグを用いることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の製鋼スラグの安定化処理方法。
- 前記炭酸化処理後の前記製鋼スラグ中の遊離CaOの含有量は、0.6質量%以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の製鋼スラグの安定化処理方法。
