Abstract
【解決手段】 大気雰囲気下、加圧雰囲気下または水蒸気雰囲気下でエージング処理を施された製鋼スラグに、自由水が存在し始める水分値未満で、かつ、該水分値よりも10質量%少ない値以上の範囲となるように添加する炭酸水量を調整した後に、炭酸ガスを含有する相対湿度が75〜100%のガスを流すことを特徴とする製鋼スラグの安定化処理方法。

=増加質量/{元のスラグ質量×(%f−CaO)×0.786}×100
図1は、添加する炭酸水分を0〜30質量%に変化させた場合のスラグ質量変化からみた炭酸化率の経時変化を示したものであるが、この図から、炭酸水を添加しないと、ほとんど変化は生じず、炭酸水を添加すると、ガスを流し始めた直後から炭酸化が円滑に始まり、炭酸水添加量の増加に伴い炭酸化の速度も増加していくものの、さらに炭酸水添加量を増加しても、途中から炭酸化の速度が減少することが確認された。
Claims (7)
- 大気雰囲気下、加圧雰囲気下または水蒸気雰囲気下でエージング処理が施された製鋼スラグに、自由水が存在し始める水分値未満で、かつ、該水分値よりも10質量%少ない値以上の範囲となるように添加する炭酸水量を調整した後に、炭酸ガスを含有し相対湿度が75〜100%のガスを流すことを特徴とする製鋼スラグの安定化処理方法。
- 炭酸水量を調整後、炭酸ガスを含有するガスを流す際の製鋼スラグを含む周辺の雰囲気温度が、常温以上、80℃以下となるように前記ガスの流量を制御することを特徴とする請求項1記載の製鋼スラグの安定化処理方法。
- 製鋼スラグに添加する炭酸水量、炭酸ガスを含有するガスの流量、前記ガスの相対湿度の1種または2種以上を制御することにより、製鋼スラグの粒同士を固結させることなく炭酸化処理することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の製鋼スラグの安定化処理方法。
- 前記炭酸化処理後の製鋼スラグ中の遊離CaOおよびCa(OH)2を、合計で0.9質量%以下とすることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の製鋼スラグの安定化処理方法。
- 粒径25mm以下、遊離CaOおよびCa(OH)2が合計で0.9質量%以下である製鋼スラグ粒からなる擬似粒子体であることを特徴とする安定化製鋼スラグ。
- 粒径75μm以下の粉分が当該粒径超のスラグ粒に付着していることを特徴とする請求項5記載の安定化製鋼スラグ。
- 路盤材用材料であることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の安定化製鋼スラグ。
