Claims (9)
- (a)第1の金型が取り付けられた第1の固定部と、
(b)該第1の固定部と所定の距離を置いて配設された第2の固定部と、
(c)前記第1、第2の固定部間に架設された連結部材と、
(d)該連結部材に沿って進退自在に配設され、第2の金型が取り付けられた可動部と、
(e)該可動部及び第2の固定部のうちの一方と連結され、進退自在に配設された可動子及び固定子を備えた筒状のリニアモータとを有するとともに、
(f)該リニアモータによって第1の駆動部が構成され、
(g)該第1の駆動部と少なくとも一部を前記可動部の移動方向においてオーバラップさせて、被駆動体を作動させるための第2の駆動部が配設されることを特徴とする型締装置。 - 前記固定子は前記可動部に固定される請求項1に記載の型締装置。
- (a)前記第2の固定部と可動子との間において推力を増幅する増幅機構部が配設され、
(b)該増幅機構部の進退部材が前記可動子に固定される請求項2に記載の型締装置。 - 前記固定子は第2の固定部に摺動自在に支持される請求項2又は3に記載の型締装置。
- 前記固定子は第2の固定部に固定される請求項1に記載の型締装置。
- (a)前記可動部と可動子との間において推力を増幅する増幅機構部が配設され、
(b)該増幅機構部の進退部材が前記可動子に固定される請求項5に記載の型締装置。 - 前記可動子は連結部材に沿って進退自在に配設される請求項1、3又は6に記載の型締装置。
- 前記第2の駆動部はエジェクタ装置に配設される請求項1、3又は6に記載の型締装置。
- 前記第2の駆動部はリニアモータによって構成される請求項1、3又は6に記載の型締装置。
