Claims (13)
- (a)被駆動部と、
(b)ねじ軸部及び出力軸部を備え、前記被駆動部に相対回転自在に連結され、かつ、進退自在に配設された伝達軸と、
(c)前記ねじ軸部と螺合させられたナットと、
(d)モータ取付けフレームに取り付けられたモータフレームと、
(e)前記出力軸部に取り付けられたロータと、
(f)前記モータフレームに取り付けられたステータとを有することを特徴とする射出成形機の駆動装置。 - 前記ロータは永久磁石である請求項1に記載の射出成形機の駆動装置。
- ステータ鉄心の軸方向長さ及びロータの軸方向長さのうちの一方は、他方より少なくとも前記伝達軸のストローク分だけ長くされる請求項1に記載の射出成形機の駆動装置。
- 前記ナットは、前記モータフレーム及びモータ取付けフレームのうちの一方に固定される請求項1に記載の射出成形機の駆動装置。
- 前記出力軸部と前記モータフレームとの間に位置検出部が配設される請求項1に記載の射出成形機の駆動装置。
- 前記ステータのステータコイルの周囲に樹脂が注入される請求項1に記載の射出成形機の駆動装置。
- (a)前記被駆動部はスクリューであり、
(b)前記モータフレームは射出用のモータフレームであり、
(c)前記スクリューと前記伝達軸とはベアリングボックスを介して連結される請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形機の駆動装置。 - (a)計量用モータの中空の出力軸内に前記ベアリングボックスが配設され、
(b)前記出力軸の回転が回転伝達部を介してベアリングボックスに伝達される請求項7に記載の射出成形機の駆動装置。 - (a)前記被駆動部はトグル機構のクロスヘッドであり、
(b)前記モータフレームは型締用のモータフレームである請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形機の駆動装置。 - (a)前記被駆動部は可動プラテンであり、
(b)前記モータフレームは型締用のモータフレームである請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形機の駆動装置。 - 被駆動部、ねじ軸部及び出力軸部を備え、前記被駆動部に相対回転自在に連結され、かつ、進退自在に配設された伝達軸、前記ねじ軸部と螺合させられたナット、モータ取付けフレームに取り付けられたモータフレーム、該モータフレームに取り付けられたステータ、及び前記出力軸部に取り付けられたロータを備えた駆動部を有する射出成形機による成形方法において、
(a)前記駆動部を駆動し、前記ロータを回転させることによってロータを進退させ、
(b)前記伝達軸を進退させることによって被駆動部を進退させることを特徴とする成形方法。 - ステータ鉄心の軸方向長さ及びロータの軸方向長さのうちの一方は、他方より少なくとも前記伝達軸のストローク分だけ長くされる請求項11に記載の成形方法。
- 前記出力軸部と前記モータフレームとの間で前記被駆動部の位置が検出される請求項11に記載の成形方法。
