Claims (13)
- ⒜ 피구동부와,⒝ 나사축부 및 출력축부를 구비하고, 상기 피구동부에 상대회전 가능하게 연결되고, 또한, 진퇴가능하게 설치된 전달축과,⒞ 상기 나사축부와 나사결합된 너트와,⒟ 모터장착 프레임에 장착된 모터 프레임과,⒠ 상기 출력축부에 장착된 로터와,⒡ 상기 모터 프레임에 장착된 스테이터를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 구동장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 로터는 영구자석인 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 구동장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,스테이터 철심의 축방향길이 및 로터의 축방향길이 중 한쪽은, 다른쪽보다 적어도 상기 전달축의 스트로크 분량만큼 길게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 구동장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 너트는, 상기 모터 프레임 및 모터장착 프레임 중 한쪽에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 구동장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 출력축부와 상기 모터 프레임의 사이에 위치검출부가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 구동장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 스테이터의 스테이터 코일의 주위에 수지가 주입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 구동장치.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 6 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,⒜ 상기 피구동부는 스크루이고,⒝ 상기 모터 프레임은 사출용 모터 프레임이고,⒞ 상기 스크루와 상기 전달축은 베어링 박스를 통하여 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 구동장치.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,⒜ 계량용 모터의 중공(中空)의 출력축 내에 상기 베어링 박스가 설치되고,⒝ 상기 출력축의 회전이 회전전달부를 통하여 베어링 박스에 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 구동장치.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 6 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,⒜ 상기 피구동부는 토글기구의 크로스헤드이고,⒝ 상기 모터 프레임은 형체용 모터 프레임인 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 구동장치.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 6 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,⒜ 상기 피구동부는 가동플래튼이고,⒝ 상기 모터 프레임은 형체용 모터 프레임인 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 구동장치.
- 피구동부, 나사축부 및 출력축부를 구비하고, 상기 피구동부에 상대회전 가능하게 연결되고, 또한, 진퇴가능하게 설치된 전달축, 상기 나사축부와 나사결합된 너트, 모터장착 프레임에 장착된 모터 프레임, 이 모터 프레임에 장착된 스테이터, 및 상기 출력축부에 장착된 로터를 구비한 구동부를 가지는 사출성형기에 의한 성형방법에 있어서,⒜ 상기 구동부을 구동하고, 상기 로터를 회전시킴으로써 로터를 진퇴시키고,⒝ 상기 전달축을 진퇴시킴으로써 피구동부를 진퇴시키는 것을 특징으로 하 는 성형방법.
- 청구항 11에 있어서,스테이터 철심의 축방향길이 및 로터의 축방향길이 중 한쪽은, 다른쪽보다 적어도 상기 전달축의 스트로크 분량만큼 길게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형방법.
- 청구항 11에 있어서,상기 출력축부와 상기 모터 프레임 사이에서 상기 구동부의 위치가 검출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형방법.
