Description
Claims (4)
- 燃料電池(100、200、300、400、900)を製造する方法において、
第一の電極層(110A、210A、310A、410A)を通る第一の開口表面(130、230、330、430)により画成された第一の開口(135、235、335、435)を形成するステップと、
第二の電極層(110B、210B、310B、410B)を通る第二の開口表面(130、230、330、430)により画成された第二の開口(135、235、335、435)を形成するステップと、
陽子交換膜(140、240、340、440)を準備するステップと、
第一の電極層(110A、210A、310A、410A)と陽子交換膜(140、240、340、440)との間に、及び第二の電極層(110B、210B、310B、410B)と陽子交換膜(140、240、340、440)との間に接着剤(120、220、320、420)を準備するステップと、
第一の電極層(110A、210A、310A、410A)と第二の電極層(110B、210B、310B、410B)との間にて陽子交換膜(140、240、340、440)及び接着剤(120、220、320、420)を配置するステップとを備え、第一の電極層(110A、210A、310A、410A)の第一の開口(135、235、335、435)は、第二の電極層(110B、210B、310B、410B)の第二の開口(135、235、335、435)と少なくとも部分的に整合し、陽子交換膜(140、240、340、440)は前記第一の開口および前記第二の開口により露出される、燃料電池(100、200、300、400、900)を製造する方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、陽子交換膜(140、240、340、440)は触媒を有する、方法。
- 燃料電池(100、200、300、400、900)において、
第一の電極(110A、210A、310A、410A)であって、
第一の電極の頂面(112、212、312、412)、
第一の電極の底面(114、214、314、414)、
第一の電極の頂面(112、212、312、412)と第一の電極の底面(114、214、314、414)との間の第一の距離により画成された第一の電極の厚さ、及び
第一の電極の開口表面(130、230、330、430)により画成された、第一の電極の厚さにわたる第一の電極開口(135、235、335、435)を備える第一の電極(110A、210A、310A、410A)と、
第二の電極(110B、210B、310B、410B)であって、
第二の電極の頂面(112、212、312、412)、
第二の電極の底面(114、214、314、414)、
第二の電極の頂面(112、212、312、412)と第二の電極の底面(114、214、314、414)との間の第二の距離により画成された第二の電極の厚さ、及び
第二の電極の開口表面(130、230、330、430)により画成された、第二の電極の厚さにわたる第二の電極開口(135、235、335、435)を備える第二の電極(110B、210B、310B、410B)と、
第一の電極の頂面(112、212、312、412)の少なくとも一部分、第一の電極の底面(114、214、314、414)の少なくとも一部分及び第一の電極の開口表面(130、230、330、430)の少なくとも一部分に配設された第一の導電層(116、416)と、
第二の電極の頂面(112、212、312、412)の少なくとも一部分、第二の電極の底面(114、214、314、414)の少なくとも一部分及び第二の電極の開口表面(130、230、330、430)の少なくとも一部分に配設された第二の導電層(116、416)と、
第一の導電層(116、416)と第二の導電層(116、416)とに接触し且つ、該第一の導電層と第二の導電層との間に配設された陽子交換膜(140、240、340、440)とを備え、
第一の電極開口(135、235、335、435)は、少なくとも部分的に第二の電極開口(135、235、335、435)と整合する、燃料電池。 - 複数の燃料電池(500、600、700、800)を製造する方法において、
第一の複数の開口(535、635、735A)と、第一の複数の電気接点(750A)とを有する第一の長さの第一の電極(710A)を準備するステップと、
第二の複数の開口(535、635、735B)と、第二の複数の電気接点(750B)とを有する第二の長さの第二の電極(710B)を準備するステップと、
陽子交換膜(540、640、740、840)を準備するステップと、
陽子交換膜(540、640、740、840)と第一の長さの第一の電極との間、又は陽子交換膜(540、640、740、840)と第二の長さの第二の電極との間に接着剤層を準備するステップと、
第一の長さの第一の電極と第二の長さの第二の電極との間にて陽子交換膜(540、640、740、840)及び接着剤を配置するステップとを備え、第一の複数の開口(535、635、735A)は、第二の複数の開口(535、635、735B)と少なくとも部分的に整合し、陽子交換膜(540、640、740、840)の少なくとも一部は、第一及び第二の開口(535、635、735A、735B)と整合し、陽子交換膜は第一の開口および第二の開口により露出され、複数の燃料電池(500、600、700、800)を形成する、複数の燃料電池を製造する方法。
