Claims (9)
- 第1の壁(13)および端縁部を有する第1の部品(12)を、第2の壁(11)および端縁部を有する第2の部品に溶接するTIG溶接方法にして、両方の部品が、第1の壁(13)および第2の部品の端縁部によって構成される接合表面に沿って互いに溶接され、接合表面に沿って、第1の壁(13)が第2の壁(11)と360°に対して相補的な2つの角度を形成し、一方のかどが凸であり、付随する凹のかどは接合表面を含み、電極(22)は、凹のかどの側に配置され且つ180°未満の第1の壁(13)に対する角度(β)にしたがって前記接合表面に沿って移動され、電極の方向(D)は、両方の壁を横切って、凸のかどを通過する、TIG溶接方法であって、
第1の部品(12)の端縁部が、前記第2の壁(11)の前記第1の部材が位置する側の面とは反対側の面に対して引っ込んで配置され、溶接ビードが前記第2の壁の前記反対側の面に広がっていない形状を有することを特徴とする、方法。 - 十分な溶接エネルギーが、凸のかど中に広がるビード(C2、C’2)を形成するように印加される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1の部品(12)が円柱状である、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 第1の部品(12)が点火プラグガイドであって、第2の部品(11)がガスタービンモータ用の燃焼室ジャケットである、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 一方の壁が、溶接前に接合表面を横切ってひろがる突出部(15)を形成する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 第2の壁が、第1の壁の端縁部が溶接前に載置される皿穴を示す、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 変位速度および電流の強度が、電極の先端の軌道に沿って、両方の部品の形状に対して変動させられる、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の部品が点火プラグガイドであり、前記第2の部品が燃焼室ジャケットであり、前記反対側の面がジャケットの内面である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 規定の軌跡に従って、電極ホルダに搭載される電極の先端を移動させる電極ホルダの駆動手段を備える電極ホルダであって、軸部分と、前記軸に対して設定された角度(α)にしたがって電極を固定する手段とを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実行する機械の電極ホルダ。
