Claims (28)
- ステープルファイバーで強化されたポリマー材料製の第1層とステープルファイバーを有さないポリマー材料製の第2層とを有する、抄紙機又は他の工業機械で使用される工業用プロセスベルトであって、
前記第1層が、当該プロセスベルトの構造上の支持体であることを特徴とする抄紙機又は他の工業機械で使用される工業用プロセスベルト。 - ステープルファイバーで強化されたポリマー材料製の第1層とステープルファイバーを有さないポリマー材料製の第2層とを有する、抄紙機又は他の工業機械で使用される工業用プロセスベルトであって、
前記ステープルファイバーの密度は、前記第1層の上部表面及び底部表面のいずれかにおける繊維の密度が0容量%であり且つ前記第1層の中央における繊維の密度が0容量%よりも大きくなるように、前記第1層の厚みに沿って変化していることを特徴とする抄紙機又は他の工業機械で使用される工業用プロセスベルト。 - 前記ステープルファイバーの密度は、前記第1層の上部表面及び底部表面における繊維の密度が0容量%であり且つ前記第1層の中央における繊維の密度が0容量%よりも大きくなるように、前記第1層の厚みに沿って変化していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のプロセスベルト。
- ステープルファイバーを有さないポリマー材料の第3層をさらに有し、前記第1層は、前記第2層と前記第3層との間に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロセスベルト。
- 前記ポリマー材料は、熱可塑性ポリマー、熱硬化性ポリマー及び反応性ポリマーからなる群から選択された1つ以上の材料を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロセスベルト。
- 前記ポリマー材料は、ポリウレタンを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロセスベルト。
- 前記ステープルファイバーは、ガラス、ポリアラミド、カーボン、ポリエステル及びポリエチレンからなる群から選択された1つ以上の材料を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロセスベルト。
- ステープルファイバーで強化されたポリマー材料製の第1層を心棒に分注するステップ;及び
ステープルファイバーを有さないポリマー材料製の第2層を前記第1層に分注するステップ;
を有することを特徴とする抄紙機又は他の工業機械で使用される工業用プロセスベルトの製造方法。 - 前記ステープルファイバーの密度は、前記第1層の上部表面及び底部表面のいずれかにおける繊維の密度が0容量%であり且つ前記第1層の中央における繊維の密度が0容量%よりも大きくなるように、前記第1層の厚みに沿って変化していることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記ステープルファイバーの密度は、前記第1層の上部表面及び底部表面における繊維の密度が0容量%であり且つ前記第1層の中央における繊維の密度が0容量%よりも大きくなるように、前記第1層の厚みに沿って変化していることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。

- ステープルファイバーを有さないポリマー材料の第3層をさらに有し、前記第1層は、前記第2層と前記第3層との間に位置することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー材料は、熱可塑性ポリマー、熱硬化性ポリマー及び反応性ポリマーからなる群から選択された1つ以上の材料を有することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー材料は、ポリウレタンを有することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記ステープルファイバーは、ガラス、ポリアラミド、カーボン、ポリエステル及びポリエチレンからなる群から選択された1つ以上の材料を有することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- ステープルファイバーで強化されたポリマー材料製の第1層と、ステープルファイバーを有さないポリマー材料製の第2層とを押出すステップを有することを特徴とする抄紙機又は他の工業機械で使用される工業用プロセスベルトの製造方法。
- 前記ステープルファイバーの密度は、前記第1層の上部表面及び底部表面のいずれかにおける繊維の密度が0容量%であり且つ前記第1層の中央における繊維の密度が0容量%よりも大きくなるように、前記第1層の厚みに沿って変化していることを特徴とする請求項22に記載の方法。
- 前記ステープルファイバーの密度は、前記第1層の上部表面及び底部表面における繊維の密度が0容量%であり且つ前記第1層の中央における繊維の密度が0容量%よりも大きくなるように、前記第1層の厚みに沿って変化していることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の方法。
- 第3層を前記プロセスベルトに導入するステップをさらに有し、
前記第3層は、ステープルファイバーを有さないポリマー材料製であり、
前記第1層は、前記第2層と前記第3層との間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項22に記載の方法。 - 前記ポリマー材料は、熱可塑性ポリマー、熱硬化性ポリマー及び反応性ポリマーからなる群から選択された1つ以上の材料を有することを特徴とする請求項22に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー材料は、ポリウレタンを有すことを特徴とする請求項22に記載の方法。
- 前記ステープルファイバーは、ガラス、ポリアラミド、カーボン、ポリエステル及びポリエチレンからなる群から選択された1つ以上の材料を有することを特徴とする請求項25に記載の方法。
