Description
カーボンを分散させた純水1.2Lに金0.5gを含む塩化金酸溶液を滴下し、これにクエン酸ナトリウム1gを加え十分に攪拌した。この溶液に塩酸を加えて溶液pHを調整し、90℃で還元した。

カーボンを分散させた純水1.2Lに金0.5gを含む塩化金酸溶液を滴下し、塩酸を加えて溶液pHを調整し、十分に攪拌した。この溶液に水素化ホウ素ナトリウム0.01gを含む水溶液100gを1g/minの速度で滴下し、室温で還元した。
カーボンを分散させた純水1.2Lに金0.5gを含む塩化金酸溶液を滴下し、塩酸を加えて溶液pHを調整し、十分に攪拌した。この溶液にヒドラジン0.01gを含む水溶液100gを1g/minの速度で滴下し、室温で還元した。
カーボンを分散させた純水1.2Lに金0.5gを含む塩化金酸溶液を滴下し、エチレングリコール1gを加えて、十分に攪拌した。この溶液に塩酸を加えて溶液pHを調整し、90℃で還元した。
カーボンを分散させた純水1.2Lに金0.5gを含む亜硫酸金ナトリウム溶液を滴下し、アスコルビン酸1gを加えて、十分に攪拌した。この溶液に塩酸を加えて溶液pHを調整し、90℃で還元した。
カーボンを分散させた純水1.2Lに金0.5gを含む亜硫酸金ナトリウム溶液を滴下し、アスコルビン酸1gを加えて十分に攪拌した。この溶液に水酸化ナトリウム溶液を滴下し、pHを調整し、90℃で還元した。
カーボンを分散させた純水1.2Lに金0.5gを含む亜硫酸金ナトリウム溶液を滴下し、タンニン酸1gを加えて、十分に攪拌した。この溶液に塩酸を加え溶液pHを調整し、90℃で還元した。
カーボンを分散させた純水1.2Lに金0.5gを含む亜硫酸金ナトリウム溶液を滴下し、タンニン酸1gを加えて、十分に攪拌した。この溶液に水酸化ナトリウムを加えて溶液pHを調整し、90℃で還元した。
カーボンを分散させた純水1.2Lに金0.5gを含む塩化金酸溶液を滴下し、アスコルビン酸1gを加えて、十分に攪拌した。この溶液に塩酸を加えて溶液pHを調整し、90℃で還元した。

実施例1〜7、比較例1〜11で得られた金粒子について、リガク製小角広角回折装置(RINT2000)を用い、解析にはリガク製“NANO−Solver(ver.3.1)”を用い、平均粒径を求めた。
Claims (2)
- 金イオンを、カーボン担体を含む液相反応系中で、還元剤の作用によって還元して、該カーボン担体上に金微粒子として還元、析出、担持させる燃料電池用金微粒子担持担体触媒の製造方法であって、該金イオンの還元速度を330〜550mV/hの範囲に設定し、且つpHを4.0〜6.0の範囲に設定して、該還元、析出、担持を行うことを特徴とする燃料電池用金微粒子担持担体触媒の製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法で製造された金微粒子を含む固体高分子型燃料電池用触媒。
