Claims (13)
- 時間温度指示装置が、電気部品の少なくとも一部である少なくとも1種の活性反応剤を含み、少なくとも1種の活性反応剤が、電気部品の少なくとも1つの電気特性を時間温度に依存する速度で本来的に変化させるように選択されるものであり、活性反応剤が、金属もしくはそれらの酸化物または所定の誘電率を有する多孔性体であることを特徴とする、時間温度指示装置。
- 少なくとも1つの活性反応剤が、銀、金、アルミニウム、銅またはニッケルから選択される金属またはそれらの酸化物である、請求項1記載の時間温度指示装置。
- 時間温度指示装置が、
(i)電気部品の少なくとも一部である少なくとも1種の活性反応剤であって、時間温度に依存する速度で電気部品の少なくとも1つの電気特性の変化を引き起こす化学反応および/または物理反応によって影響を受けるように選択される、少なくとも1種の活性反応剤;および
(ii)粘性物質の形態の少なくとも1種の第1不活性反応剤、を含み、化学反応および/または物理反応が、少なくとも1種の活性反応剤と少なくとも1種の第1不活性反応剤との間の反応であり、少なくとも1種の第1不活性反応剤が、これが化学反応および/または物理反応の時間温度に依存する進展を引き起こすように選択されるものである、請求項1記載の時間温度指示装置。 - 時間温度指示装置が、
(i)電気部品の少なくとも一部である少なくとも1種の活性反応剤であって、時間温度に依存する速度で電気部品の少なくとも1つの電気特性の変化を引き起こす化学反応および/または物理反応によって影響を受けるように選択される、少なくとも1種の活性反応剤;
(ii)粘性物質の形態の少なくとも1種の第1不活性反応剤;および
(iii)少なくとも1種の第2不活性反応剤、を含み、化学反応および物理反応が、少なくとも1種の活性反応剤と少なくとも1種の第2不活性反応剤との間の反応であり、少なくとも1種の第1不活性反応剤が、少なくとも1種の第2不活性反応剤への時間に依存する熱伝達を引き起こし、それにより化学反応および/または物理反応の時間温度に依存する進展を引き起こすように選択されるものである、請求項1記載の時間温度指示装置。 - 電気部品が、抵抗器、コンデンサ、ダイオード、誘導コイル、およびアンテナからなる群より選択され、電気部品が、RF回路の少なくとも1つの要素として構成される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の時間温度指示装置。
- 化学反応および/または物理反応が、酸塩基反応、酸化還元反応、および塩生成反応からなる群より選択される、請求項3または4記載の時間温度指示装置。
- 電気部品が、コンデンサであり、RF回路の要素として構成されており、少なくとも1種の活性反応剤が、コンデンサ内の誘電体スペーサを提供する誘電体材料である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の時間温度指示装置。
- 化学反応および/または物理反応が、少なくとも1種の活性反応剤と少なくとも1種の第1不活性反応剤の混合からなり、それにより少なくとも1種の活性反応剤の透過率の変化を引き起こすものである、請求項3または4に記載の時間温度指示装置。
- 多層構造として構成されており、多層構造が、電気絶縁材料の基板層を含み、電気部品を形成するように構成された層構造を有し、層構造が、誘電体層によって互いに隔てられる第1電極および第2電極を含み、それによりコンデンサ型の電気部品を形成する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の時間温度指示装置。
- 2つの部分の装置として構成され、2つの部分の一方が少なくとも1種の活性反応剤を少なくとも含み、他方の部分が少なくとも1種の第1不活性反応剤および/または第2不活性反応剤を含み、2つの部分が互いに取り付け可能なように構成されており、それにより化学プロセスおよび/または物理プロセスを引き起こし、それにより装置が作動するものである、請求項3または4記載の時間温度指示装置。
- 時間温度指示の方法であって、方法が、少なくとも1種の金属である活性反応剤と、電気部品の少なくとも1つの電気特性の変化を引き起こす粘性物質の形態の少なくとも1種の不活性反応剤との間の化学反応および/または物理反応の工程を含み、少なくとも1種の活性反応剤が、電気部品であるか電気部品に転換可能であるように構成される構成要素の少なくとも一部であり、少なくとも1種の不活性反応剤が、少なくとも1種の不活性反応剤に固有の所定の温度を上回る温度に暴露されると、化学反応および/または物理反応の時間温度に依存する進展を引き起こすように選択されるものである、時間温度指示の方法。
- 少なくとも1種の不活性反応剤が、少なくとも1種の第2不活性反応剤への時間に依存する熱伝達を引き起こし、それにより、電気部品の少なくとも1つの電気特性の変化を引き起こす、少なくとも1種の活性反応剤と少なくとも1種の第2不活性反応剤との間の化学反応および/または物理反応の時間温度に依存する進展が引き起こされ、少なくとも1種の活性反応剤が、電気部品であるか電気部品に転換可能であるように構成される構成要素の少なくとも一部である、請求項11に記載の時間温度指示の方法。
