Claims (12)
- 排ガスシステムに対応配置された、内燃機関の構成部分を再生し、温度負荷し、かつ/又は熱処理するための装置であって、再生、温度負荷及び/又は熱処理に用いられる燃料を内燃機関の排ガスシステム内に噴射するための、供給された燃料の圧力に関連して、有利には振動運転で作業する噴射弁を備えている形式のものにおいて、
少なくとも噴射弁(6)の上流側に少なくとも1つの圧力制御弁(8)が設けられており、該圧力制御弁(8)の前方に、圧力変動を減衰するか又は取り除くための緩衝スペース(3)が接続されていることを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記圧力制御弁(8)が、生じた圧力に応じて作業する弁である、請求項1記載の装置。
- 圧力制御弁(8)の前方にインレット絞り(2)が接続されている、請求項1又は2記載の装置。
- 圧力制御弁(8)が、出口側で燃料戻し管路に接続されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 噴射弁(6)がばね負荷された第1の弁である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 圧力制御弁(8)がばね負荷された第2の弁である、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 噴射弁(6)の前方に、燃料供給を中断する安全弁が接続されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 噴射弁(6)の前方に、燃料量を規定する調量弁(5)が接続されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記構成部分が、微粒子フィルタ又はNOx吸蔵部である、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 微粒子フィルタがディーゼル微粒子フィルタである、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 噴射弁(6)と圧力制御弁(8)とが、内燃機関の燃料噴射システムの負圧領域内に配置されている、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の装置を運転するための方法。
