Description
Claims (8)
- 燃料タンクからの燃料を供給する低圧ポンプ(9)を備える低圧回路(6)と、燃料を前記低圧回路(6)からアキュムレータに供給してその燃料を高圧で貯留する高圧ポンプ(16)を備える高圧回路(7)と、流れの戻りライン(8)と、前記アキュムレータに接続されて前記アキュムレータからの燃料を内燃機関のそれぞれの燃焼室の中に噴射する複数のインジェクタ(21)と、排気系に付属し前記排気系に燃料を噴射する注入ノズル(36)と、を有する内燃機関の噴射システムであって、
注入ユニット(33)が遮断弁(39)、計量注入弁(40)及び前記遮断弁(39)と前記計量注入弁(40)との間に配置された圧力調整弁(41)を有し、前記注入ユニット(33)が注入ライン(35)を介して前記注入ノズル(36)に接続され、前記注入ユニット(33)が流入ライン(34)を介して前記低圧回路(6)に接続され、圧力調整弁(41)が流出ライン(37)を介して前記流れの戻りライン(8)に接続され、
前記遮断弁(39)は1回又は複数回の噴霧用の燃料を排出させるものであり、前記遮断弁(39)と前記計量注入弁(40)との間にある前記排出された燃料の圧力が前記圧力調整弁(41)によって制御されることを特徴とする噴射システム。 - 前記遮断弁(39)の上流側にスロットル(38)が配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の噴射システム。
- 前記スロットル(38)と、前記遮断弁(39)と、前記計量注入弁(40)と、前記圧力調整弁(41)とが前記注入ユニット(33)に組み合わされることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の噴射システム。
- 前記遮断弁(39)と、前記計量注入弁(40)と、前記圧力調整弁(41)とが、減衰容量体(42)を介して相互に連結されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の噴射システム。
- 前記注入ノズル(36)が、前記注入ライン(35)内の燃料圧力によって、自動的に開いて燃料を前記排気系(3)の中に噴霧することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の噴射システム。
- 噴射システムのために内燃機関の排気系内に燃料を計量注入する方法において、
前記注入ノズル(36)を通る1回又は複数回の噴霧用の燃料を前記遮断弁(39)によって排出し、前記排出された燃料を前記計量注入弁(40)によって1回又は複数回の噴霧用として前記注入ノズル(36)に計量送入し、前記遮断弁(39)と前記計量注入弁(40)との間の前記排出された燃料の圧力を前記圧力調整弁(41)によって制御することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の噴射システムのための燃料の計量注入方法。 - 前記遮断弁(39)と前記計量注入弁(40)との間の前記燃料の一部を前記圧力調整弁(41)によって放出することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記遮断弁(39)と前記計量注入弁(40)との間の前記燃料の圧力を、前記圧力調整弁(41)によって、低圧ポンプ(9)の最低供給圧力未満の圧力に一様に平均化することを特徴とする請求項6あるいは7に記載の方法。
