Description
本発明は、内燃機関の排ガスシステムに対応配置された構成部材を再生しかつ/または温度負荷しかつ/または熱マネージメントするための装置であって、少なくとも1つの噴射弁が設けられており、該噴射弁が、流体、特に燃料を、有利にはチャタリング運転で、たとえば供給された流体の圧力に関連して排ガスシステムに噴射するようになっている形式のものに関する。
本発明の装置によれば、噴射弁が、弁ヘッドと弁座とを有しており、供給された流体の、噴射弁に作用する流力が、弁ヘッドの1回のストロークにわたって連続的に減少するように、弁ヘッドのジオメトリと、弁座のジオメトリとが形成されている。

Claims (17)
- 内燃機関の排ガスシステムに対応配置された構成部材を再生しかつ/または温度負荷しかつ/または熱マネージメントするための装置であって、少なくとも1つの噴射弁(10,100,200)が設けられており、該噴射弁(10,100,200)が、流体を、チャタリング運転で、供給された流体の圧力に関連して排ガスシステムに噴射するようになっている形式のものにおいて、
噴射弁が、弁ヘッド(11,110)と弁座(13,130)とを有しており、弁ヘッド(11,110)の外側のヘッド直径部(14)が、弁座(13)の外側の座直径部(15)よりも大きく形成されており、これによって、弁ヘッド(11,110)が、閉鎖された状態で弁座(13,130)の前記弁ヘッド(11,110)と当接する弁シール縁部(20,145)を越えて張り出しており、該弁シール縁部(20,145)が、外側の座直径部(15)に配置されており、これによって、供給された流体の、噴射弁(10,100,200)に作用する流力が、弁ヘッド(11,110)の1回のストローク(H)にわたって連続的に減少するように、弁ヘッド(11,110)のジオメトリと、弁座(13,130)のジオメトリとが形成されていることを特徴とする、内燃機関の排ガスシステムに対応配置された構成部材を再生しかつ/または温度負荷しかつ/または熱マネージメントするための装置。 - 弁ヘッド(110)が、少なくとも噴射弁の閉鎖された状態で、噴射弁の開放された状態でも、該噴射弁の縁領域(142)に対して相対的に引っ込められている、請求項1記載の装置。

- 少なくとも1つの噴射弁(10,100,200)によって、流体を、チャタリング運転で、供給された流体の圧力に関連して排ガスシステムに噴射して、内燃機関の排ガスシステムに対応配置された構成部材を再生しかつ/または温度負荷しかつ/または熱マネージメントするための方法において、噴射弁が、弁ヘッド(11,110)と弁座(13,130)とを有しており、弁ヘッド(11,110)の外側のヘッド直径部(14)が、弁座(13)の外側の座直径部(15)よりも大きく形成されており、これによって、弁ヘッド(11,110)が、閉鎖された状態で弁座(13,130)の前記弁ヘッド(11,110)と当接する弁シール縁部(20,145)を越えて張り出しており、該弁シール縁部(20,145)が、外側の座直径部(15)に配置されており、これによって、供給された流体の、噴射弁(10,100,200)に作用する流力を、弁ヘッド(11,110)の1回のストローク(H)にわたって連続的に減少させることを特徴とする、内燃機関の排ガスシステムに対応配置された構成部材を再生しかつ/または温度負荷しかつ/または熱マネージメントするための方法。
