Description
粗面化したアルミエッチング箔1の表面に、アルミニウム陽極酸化皮膜層2を形成し、両端の陽極部と中央の陰極部とを区分するために、エポキシ樹脂でレジスト帯3を設けて、アルミニウム固体電解コンデンサ素子基体11とした。
実施例1で用いた酸化剤水溶液において、酸化剤を過硫酸アンモニウムに代えて、過ホウ酸アンモニウムを用いた以外は、実施例1と同様に固体電解コンデンサを作製した。その後、前記のように作製した固体電解コンデンサ5個について、実施例1と同様に測定し、その結果を下記表1に示した。
実施例1で用いた酸化剤水溶液において、緩衝溶液をピペラジン‐1,4‐ビス(2‐エタンスルホン酸)に代えて、N‐(2‐アセトアミド)イミノ二酢酸を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様に固体電解コンデンサを作製した。その後、前記のように作製した固体電解コンデンサ5個について、実施例1と同様に測定し、結果を下記表1に示した。
実施例1と同様にアルミニウム固体電解コンデンサ素子基体を作製した。

Claims (5)
- 導電性高分子を化学酸化重合法にて形成する際に用いる酸化剤であって、緩衝溶液を含み、前記緩衝溶液が、アミノエタンスルホン酸、アミノプロパンスルホン酸誘導体から選ばれる少なくとも一つを含むことを特徴とする酸化剤。
- 請求項1に記載の酸化剤において、前記酸化剤が、遷移金属系または過酸化物、過硫酸塩、及び過ホウ酸塩の内から選ばれる少なくとも一つを含むことを特徴とする酸化剤。
- 請求項1に記載の酸化剤において、前記酸化剤は、pH範囲が5乃至7である水溶液であることを特徴とする酸化剤。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載された酸化剤と、重合性モノマーと、ドーパントとして有機スルホン酸またはその塩とを少なくとも含む導電性高分子を、弁作用金属であるアルミニウムの陽極酸化皮膜上に直接、若しくは、陽極酸化皮膜上のプリコート層に形成したことを特徴とする固体電解コンデンサ。
- 請求項4に記載の固体電解コンデンサにおいて、前記重合性モノマーが、重合性複素環式有機化合物又は芳香族有機化合物であることを特徴とする固体電解コンデンサ。
