Claims (4)
- 平均結晶粒径が1.5μm以下で周期律表2族、3族又はランタノイド系元素を所定量含有し残部がマグネシウム及び不可避的不純物からなる高強度マグネシウム合金であって、周期律表2族、3族又はランタノイド系に含まれ、マグネシウムより原子半径が大きな元素が0.03〜0.54原子%含有され、この元素の含有濃度が、結晶粒界より第3隣接原子層の距離の範囲において結晶粒内の1.5〜10倍であることを特徴とする高強度マグネシウム合金。
- 請求項1に記載の高強度マグネシウム合金であって、前記含有元素の高濃度部分が結晶粒全周を層状に覆っていることを特徴とする高強度マグネシウム合金。
- 請求項1または2に記載の高強度マグネシウム合金の製造方法であって、マグネシウムより原子半径が大きな所定の元素が0.03〜0.54原子%含有されたマグネシウム母合金を450〜550℃の温度で1.5〜8時間均質化処理した後、焼き入れを行い、さらに150〜350℃の温度で温間ひずみを平均結晶粒径が1.5μm以下となるまで加えることを特徴とする高強度マグネシウム合金の製造方法。
- 請求項3に記載の高強度マグネシウム合金の製造方法であって、断面積比を16〜100にして温間ひずみを加えることを特徴とする高強度マグネシウム合金の製造方法。
