Claims (2)
- 斜板式油圧モータと電動機とを同一のケーシング内に設けた電動機一体型油圧モータであって、
前記ケーシング内に作動油を充満させ、
前記斜板式油圧モータの駆動軸を、該ケーシングの前後端部まで連続して、該ケーシング内の前後端部で支持する構成にし、
前記斜板式油圧モータの外周部に設けられた前記電動機の回転子と、
前記ケーシングの内側に設けられた前記電動機の固定子と、
前記電動機の固定子を軸方向に貫通する冷却通路と、
前記斜板式油圧モータと電動機の回転子との間で駆動軸軸方向に貫通する油通路と、
前記電動機の回転子と一体的に回転する循環機構と、
前記作動油をケーシング外に排出する排油口と、を設け、
前記循環機構で前記ケーシング内に充満した前記作動油の内部循環量を増大させるように構成したことを特徴とする電動機一体型油圧モータ。 - 斜板式油圧モータと電動機とを同一のケーシング内に設けた電動機一体型油圧モータであって、
前記ケーシング内に作動油を充満させ、
前記斜板式油圧モータの駆動軸を、該ケーシングの前後端部まで連続して、該ケーシング内の前後端部で支持する構成にし、
前記斜板式油圧モータの外周部に設けられた前記電動機の回転子と、
前記ケーシングの内側に設けられた前記電動機の固定子と、
前記電動機の軸方向前側と後側とのケーシングに設けた給油口と排油口と、
該給油口から強制給油して前記電動機の回転子と固定子との間を通過させた作動油を前記排油口から排出する強制循環機構と、を設け、
前記強制循環機構として前記斜板式油圧モータにパイロット油を供給するパイロットポンプを利用するように構成したことを特徴とする電動機一体型油圧モータ。
