Claims (8)
- 食材を載置するプレートと、プレートの底面に接触する蓄熱部材と、蓄熱部材を載置する受け皿とを備え、電磁誘導を用いた加熱手段によって下方から加熱されて食材を加熱調理する食品加熱用皿において、
前記プレート及び蓄熱部材を電磁誘導によって加熱可能な材料から形成するとともに、
蓄熱部材に、蓄熱部材を上下方向に貫通し、プレートの底面を蓄熱部材から下方に露出させる少なくとも一つの貫通孔と、蓄熱部材を上下方向に貫通する少なくとも一つのスリットとを設けた
ことを特徴とする食品加熱用皿。 - 前記スリットを貫通孔の周方向に延びるように形成した
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の食品加熱用皿。 - 前記蓄熱部材と受け皿との間に断熱部材を設けた
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の食品加熱用皿。 - 前記断熱部材を、カーボン繊維からなる布材とアルミニウムからなるシート状部材とを重ね合わせて形成した
ことを特徴とする請求項3記載の食品加熱用皿。 - 前記受け皿に、蓄熱部材の上方への移動を規制するように蓄熱部材の外周部に上方から係合する係合部を設けた
ことを特徴とする請求項1、2、3または4記載の食品加熱用皿。 - 前記蓄熱部材を、プレートの底面に接触する本体部と、本体部の外周面から水平方向外側に延設された二以上の突出部とから構成し、
受け皿の係合部を蓄熱部材の各突出部に上方から係合するように形成した
ことを特徴とする請求項5記載の食品加熱用皿。 - 前記各突出部を水平方向内側が外側よりも細くなるように形成した
ことを特徴とする請求項6記載の食品加熱用皿。 - 前記プレートを、両面に鉄鋼材料を積層したアルミニウムの板材から形成した
ことを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4、5、6または7記載の食品加熱用皿。
