Claims (12)
- ベアリングユニットの非回転部材(10)へセンサーを取り付けるための装置であって、
ほぼ円環形状で、前記センサー(19)を保持するための、プラスチック材料からできているセンサー収容体(18)と、
前記非回転部材(10)の上にセンサー収容体(18)を取り付けるための、円環状支持インサート(17)と、
を備え、
前記センサー収容体(18)及び前記支持インサート(17)は、前記支持インサート(17)に解放可能なように前記センサー収容体(18)をロックするためのロック手段及び座部を備え、
前記ロック手段及び座部が、支持インサート(17)に対して、解放可能なように回転してセンサー収容体(18)をロックするための、バヨネット結合手段(18c,17m)と関連のある座部(17c,18m)、および、スナップによるロック手段(18a,18d;17n)と関連のある座部(17d;18n)を有することを特徴とするセンサー取り付け装置。 - 前記スナップロック手段が、
前記センサー収容体(18)又は支持インサート(17)の一方に、同じ角度で等しく間隔をあけた、軸方向の突起を有する複数の可撓性のあるタブ(18a,18d,17n)と、
前記支持インサート(17)又はセンサー収容体(18)の他方に形成された、一致する複数の、同じ角度で等しく間隔をあけたロック座部(17d,18n)と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - スナップによるロック手段が、弾性的で可撓性のあるタブ(18a)に、少なくとも1つの突起(18d)を備え、前記突起(18d)は、支持インサート(17)からセンサー収容体(18)を回転して解放するために、前記支持インサート(17)に形成された前記ロック座部(17d)から開放されるように、外側からアクセス可能であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 支持インサート(17)からセンサー収容体(18)を回転して解放するために、センサー収容体(18)が、可撓性のあるタブ(18a)の近傍で、可撓性のあるタブ(18a)へのアクセスを提供する少なくとも1つの開口部又は凹部(18f)を形成していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 可撓性のあるタブ(18a)へのアクセスを提供する開口部又は凹部(18f)が、3つの側面で可撓性のあるタブ(18a)を包囲する窓であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- バヨネット結合手段が、前記センサー収容体(18)又は支持インサート(17)の一方から軸方向に突出する、Lの形状をした部材(18c,17m)を有し、かつ
バヨネット結合座部が、前記支持インサート(17)又はセンサー収容体(18)の他方によって形成された、一致する座部(17c)又は開口部(18m)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - スナップロック座部(18d,18n)が、支持インサート(17)からセンサー収容体(18)を回転して解放するために、工具によりアクセスでき、前記スナップロック手段(18d,17n)を解放する、それぞれの貫通開口部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 支持インサート(17)が、一旦ハブベアリングユニットに取り付けられると、その部品の低い所に位置するように意図されている、環状体(17,18)とハブベアリングユニットの軸方向内側との間に規定された空間の中に漏れ出す水を流出することができる、少なくとも一つの通路(17h)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 支持インサート(17)が、円周方向にそれぞれ間隔をあけた複数の前記通路(17h)を備え、一旦装置がハブベアリングユニットに取り付けられると、少なくとも一つの通路が低い所に位置するように意図されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記センサー(19)が、回転センサー、線又は角変位センサー、温度センサー、振動センサー、荷重センサーで構成されるグループから選択されたセンサーであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記センサー(19)がベアリングユニットの回転可能部材(11,12)と非回転可能部材(10)との間の相対的な回転を検出するための回転センサーであり、かつ、
前記環状支持インサート(17)が、前記ベアリングユニットの回転可能部材(12)に固定されたパルサーリング(15)と作動できるように面している前記センサー(19)と一緒になった前記非回転可能部材(10)にセンサー収容体(18)を取り付けるようにされている、請求項10に記載の装置。 - 前記ベアリングユニットが自動車の車輪用ハブベアリングユニットである、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
