Abstract

Description

用于在轴承单元中装配及拆卸传感器的装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于在轴承单元中装配及拆卸传感器的装置,特别地,是指用于机动车辆车轮的轴承单元或者轮毂轴承单元的旋转传感器。
背景技术
传统上,为了检测上述提及的轴承单元中的旋转座圈与静止座圈之间的相对旋转,所使用的检测装置通常包含固定在轴承单元旋转部份的冲击环,以及以预定距离对准冲击环的位于静止部份上的旋转传感器,由于冲击环的旋转,旋转传感器将产生电信号,该电信号被传送到位于车辆面板的处理单元中后,将会提供车轮速度的信息。
对大多数当今使用的装置,传感器被包含在一个模制于环形插件上的塑料环形体中,该环形插件被强制安装在轮毂轴承单元中不可旋转座圈的表面上。
这种结构形式存在一个实际的缺陷。当必须替换或者修理该旋转传感器时,该金属插件必须从轴承单元的不可旋转座圈上拆除,但是由于上述提到的强制耦合,这种拆除将很困难。甚至有一些情况,拆除该金属插件非常困难以致人们宁愿更换整个轴承单元。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述讨论的现有技术存在的问题,改进在轴承单元或者轮毂轴承单元中旋转传感器的装配,特别是改进其拆卸。
本发明提供了一种用于将传感器安装至轴承单元的不可旋转部件的装置,包括:呈环形的,塑料制的传感器承载体,用于保持所述传感器;环形支撑插件,用于将所述传感器承载体安装到所述不可旋转部件上面;其特征在于:该传感器承载体与环形支撑插件配备的锁定工具及底座将传感器承载体可拆除地锁定于环形支撑插件。
其中,所述锁定工具及底座包括用于可拆除地将所述传感器承载体轴向地锁定至环形支撑插件的第一插销接合机构以及相应的底座,所述锁定工具及底座包括用于可拆除地将所述传感器承载体轴向地锁定至环形支撑插件的第二按动锁定工具以及相应的底座。
其中,所述第二按动锁定工具以及相应的底座包括多个柔性翼块,具有分布于所述传感器承载体或者环形支撑插件其中之一上的等角度间隔轴向凸块,以及由所述环形支撑插件或者传感器承载体中的另外一个形成的多个对应的等角度间隔的锁定底座。
其中,所述第一插销接合机构包括从所述传感器承载体或者环形支撑插件其中之一轴向地突出的L-形元件,并且与所述第一插销接合机构相应的底座包括通过环形支撑插件或者传感器承载体中的另外一个形成相应的底座或者开口。
根据本发明的装配装置可以获得特点和优点将在下文中得到更好的理解。

具体实施方式
参照附图1,用于机动车辆驱动车轮的轮毂轴承单元包括一个径向的、外部的静止轴承座圈10,其可安装于机动车的悬架上(未示出),一个径向的、内部可旋转轮毂11可安装于车轮(未示出),及双排滚动体,在本实施例中为滚珠13,其位于外部座圈10、轮毂11与轴承座圈12之间,轴承座圈12稳固地安装于轮毂,附图标记14为传统类型的密封部件,轴向地安装于轴承单元的内侧(内板面),即面对车辆内侧的面。集成于密封装置14的是一个固定于环形插件16的磁性冲击环15,环形插件16安装于轮毂轴承单元的可旋转座圈12上。
检测传感器,以附图标记19示出,经环形插件17安装于外部的静止座圈10上,并且可操作地沿轴向面对冲击环15,环形插件17由金属板制成并且连接至塑料制的包含有传感器19的环形体18上。
本发明中,传感器19是旋转传感器。然而,可能参考的应用领域不应该局限于本发明的范围,从后面的描述中,本领域技术人员会很快想到环形元件17与18的特征可等价地适用于其他类型的传感器,比如线性或者角度,位移传感器,温度传感器,振动传感器以及负载传感器等。
金属插件17与塑料环形体或者传感器承载体18通过插接式插件以及瞬动(snap-action)触点快速装片轴向地,可旋转地相互锁定,这些将在下文中描述。在径向外侧,金属插件17包含有一个轴向的圆柱形边缘17a,其被强制地安装于轮毂轴承单元的外部座圈10的外部圆柱形表面10a上。在径向内侧,在图6中更好的示出,金属插件17包含一个径向凸缘17b,并且该位置包含许多凹槽17c(本实施例中包含3个凹槽17c),其与相应的从环形的传感器承载体18突出的插接凸块18c插接耦合。在凸缘17b上也形成有与相对应的3个凸块18c相互配合连接的3个凹槽或者开口17d,该凸块18c位于传感器承载体18的可弹性弯曲的翼片18a中,以实现插件17可旋转地瞬时连接到传感器承载体18中。该轴向边缘17a通过径向壁17e及圆柱形壁17f连接到该径向凸缘17b,其中径向壁17e适于与外部座圈10的一侧边10e邻接,而圆柱形壁17f与凸缘17b轴向隔开,因此传感器体18与冲击环15隔开。(参见附图1)
在一个优选实施例中,通过壁17f形成的是一些以定距离间隔在圆周上的通道或者径向通孔17h,(参见附图1,3,6),为了使可能渗入到腔室的水流出,该腔室是由环形体17,18以及轮毂轴承单元的轴向内侧形成的,最后,为了使渗入的水在重力的作用下流出,在装卸装置安装于轮毂轴承单元上时,至少一个通道17h将位于较低部份。
传感器承载体18为单一的片状(图4),其上形成有一个环形盘18b,一个套管18e轴向地从环形盘18b的轴向内侧突出,以及位于环形盘18b轴向内侧的凸块18c,18d。套管18e保持并且保护位于可操作地面对冲击环15的位置的旋转传感器19(可能还有其他用来处理传感器信号的电气或电子装置),该插接式凸块18c呈L形,故其可部份地插入到凹槽17c中,并且通过其相互旋转,使传感器承载体18轴向地锁定至插件17,直到凸块18以及凹槽17c的端面17g(图6)接触到底。当到达该位置上时,被相应弹性地可弯曲的翼块承载的轴向凸块18d将瞬时连接至相应的开口17d.传感器承载体18是可旋转地锁定至插件17。
由于锁定凸块18d易于调整,故该传感器承载体18可从其支撑插件17上拆除并且能以非常方便有效地方式从轴承单元上拆除。实际上,可弯曲的凸块18a各自通过环形盘18b的通孔或者窗口18f形成。(图5),当必须对传感器进行替换或者修理时,一个尖锐的工具(例如螺丝刀)可以通过窗口18f插入来移走翼块18a以便将凸块18d从那个凹槽17d上拆除,所以传感器承载体能够旋转来解除插接式连接。
附图7与附图8示出本发明的又一实施例,其中传感器承载体18形成第一批贯通开口18m及第二批贯通开口18n(用于传感器的凸出套管18e在附图7及附图8中未示出)。
该金属片状插件17上形成第一批L形刚性翼块17m,其轴向地从凸缘17b上突出以固定于传感器承载体18的开口18m中,并且通过插接式插件将元件17及18相互轴向锁定。该金属插件17进一步地又形成第二批可弹性弯曲的翼块17n以瞬时安装至传感器承载体的开口18n中以实现元件17及18能够可旋转地锁定。通过对弹性翼块17n施加压力,该传感器承载体18能够从支撑插件17上拆除,进而从底座18n上拆除。
本发明并非局限于此处描述和图示的实施例,其应被认为是装配装置的一个实例,并且,对于部件的形状和配置,以及结构和功能上的细节之处,本发明可以进行改进。这些改进对本领域技术人员将是显而易见的。比如,凹槽17c,17d的位置及数量,对于附图已经示出的相应的凸块18c,18d也可以进行修改,然而,优选地,插接式连接装置与按入锁定装置是以相等的角度等角度地分布(本实施例中为120°)。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于将传感器(19)安装至轴承单元的不可旋转部件(10)的装置,包括:
呈环形的,塑料制的传感器承载体(18),用于保持所述传感器(19);
环形支撑插件(17),用于将所述传感器承载体(18)安装到所述不可旋转部件(10)上面;
其特征在于:
该传感器承载体(18)与环形支撑插件(17)配备的锁定工具及底座(18a,18c,18d,18m,18n;17c,17d,17m,17n)将传感器承载体(18)可拆除地锁定于环形支撑插件(17),
所述锁定工具及底座包括用于可拆除地将所述传感器承载体(18)轴向地锁定至环形支撑插件(17)的第一插销接合机构(18c,17m)以及相应的底座(17c,18m),
所述锁定工具及底座包括用于可拆除地将所述传感器承载体(18)旋转地锁定至环形支撑插件(17)的第二按动锁定工具(18a,18d;17n)以及相应的底座(17d;18n),
其中,所述第二按动锁定工具以及相应的底座包括:
多个柔性翼块(18a,18d,17n),具有分布于所述传感器承载体(18)或者环形支撑插件(17)其中之一上的等角度间隔轴向凸块,以及
由所述环形支撑插件(17)或者传感器承载体(18)中的另外一个形成的多个对应的等角度间隔的锁定底座(17d,18n),

2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二按动锁定工具包括至少一个形成于柔性翼块(18a)上的凸块(18d),可从外部触及所述翼块以将凸块(18d)从由环形支撑插件(17)形成的锁定底座(17d)上拆卸,从而将传感器承载体(18)可旋转地从环形支撑插件(17)上拆除。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,传感器承载体(18)在邻近柔性翼块(18a)的位置形成至少一个开口或者凹槽(18f),以触及用于可旋转地将传感器承载体(18)从环形支撑插件(17)上拆除的柔性翼块(18a)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,用于触及柔性翼块(18a)的开口或者凹槽(18f)是一个三面环绕该柔性翼块的窗口。
5.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,锁定底座(18d,18n)包括允许工具触及所述第二按动锁定工具(18d,17m)的贯通开口,从而将它们从各自的开口中拆除,以将传感器承载体(18)从环形支撑插件(17)上旋转拆除。
