Description
a.ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリトリメチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリアミドから選択される1つ以上のポリマーのミクロフィブリルからなるミクロフィブリル不織布中間製品を製造する工程と、
b.接着剤を用いて行う結合により、上述の不織布ミクロフィブリル中間製品の少なくとも1つの層と、補強織物製品の少なくとも1つの層とを含む中間多層製品を製造する工程と、
c.1種以上のポリウレタン溶液を用いて、前記工程(b)において製造した多層中間製品の含浸を行い、ポリウレタンを含浸させた多層中間製品を得る工程とを含む。
・ポリエステル類、例えば、アジピン酸のエステル(ポリへキサメチレンアジペートジオール(PHA)、ポリ(3−メチルペンタメチレン)アジペートジオール(PMPA)又はポリネオペンチルアジペートジオール(PNA))、他のポリエステル類は、カプロラクトンなどの環状分子の開環により調製できる(それにより、ポリカプロラクトンジオール(PCL)が得られる)、
・ポリカーボネート類、例えば、ポリヘキサメチルカーボネートジオール(PHC)、ポリペンタメチレンカーボネートジオール(PPMC)、ポリ−(3−メチル−ペンタメチレンカーボネート)ジオール(PMPC)、ポリテトラメチレンカーボネートジオール(PTMC)並びにこれらの混合物及び共重合体。
1.デニール:3.8デニール
2.長さ:51mm
3.捲縮:約4〜5cm
PS海成分中にPETミクロフィブリル(0.13÷0.15デニール)を含むステープル二成分繊維を調製する。この二成分繊維は以下の特徴を有する。
1.デニール:3.8デニール
2.長さ:51mm
3.カーリング:約4〜5cm。
Claims (17)
- 機械抵抗性が向上した、柔軟な合成皮革を製造するのに有用な、ポリウレタンを含浸させた多層中間製品の製造方法であって、
a.ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリトリメチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリアミドから選択される1つ以上のポリマーのミクロフィブリルからなるミクロフィブリル不織布中間製品を製造する工程と、
b.接着剤を用いて行う結合により、前記不織布ミクロフィブリル中間製品の少なくとも1つの層と、補強織物製品の少なくとも1つの層とを含む中間多層製品を製造する工程と、
c.1つ以上のポリウレタン溶液を、工程(b)で製造した多層中間製品に含浸させることにより、ポリウレタンを含浸させた多層中間製品を得る工程とを含む、方法。 - 前記不織布ミクロフィブリル中間製品は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)のミクロフィブリルを用いて製造される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記補強織物製品は、合成及び/又は人工及び/又は天然タイプの繊維から作製された直交織布製品若しくは編地製品、又は不織布である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記補強織物製品は、直交若しくは編地、又は不織布タイプの二次元及び三次元織物である、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記工程(b)で使用する接着剤は、融点範囲が60℃〜150℃である熱可塑性接着剤から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性接着剤は、コ−ポリエステル又はコ−ポリアミドをベースとし、かつ融点範囲が80℃〜120℃である、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記工程(b)の結合はホットメルト技術に従って行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記工程(b)の結合はカレンダー積層により行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記工程(b)で製造した多層中間製品は、不織布材料からなる2つの外側層と、補強織物製品からなる内側層とを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記工程(b)で製造した多層中間製品は、不織布層と、補強織物からなる層とを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記工程(c)の含浸は、1つ以上のポリウレタンの溶液に前記多層中間製品を浸漬させ、次いで凝結させることにより行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記工程(c)の含浸は、ポリウレタンのエマルジョン又は水分散液に前記多層中間製品を浸漬させ、次いで凝結させることにより行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記工程(a)で製造した不織布ミクロフィブリル中間生成物は、1デニール未満の番手を有する繊維からなる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程(a)で製造した前記不織布ミクロフィブリル中間生成物は、染色性が異なる繊維からなり、「メランジ」効果を付与するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の多層中間製品を出発材料として得られる、機械抵抗性が向上した柔軟な合成皮革であって、各層中には、他の層に特徴的であるか、又は他の層に由来する繊維が存在しない、機械抵抗性が向上した柔軟な合成皮革。
- 2つの外側表面は1つ以上の不織布成分からなる、請求項15に記載の機械抵抗性が向上した柔軟な合成皮革。
- ポリウレタンバインダーは、複合材料を形成する層間で溶液の透過がみられない、化学的及び物理的構造である、請求項16に記載の機械抵抗性が向上した柔軟な合成皮革。
