Abstract

Un materiale tessile composito, del tipo noto come scamosciato sintetico, viene preparato secondo un procedimento che comprende l'impregnazione di un substrato in tessuto non tessuto di microfibre poliuretano-poliurea in soluzione, e che prevede di preparare il poliuretano-poliurea in soluzione con un procedimento comprendente una fase di prepolimerizzazione di isocianati e polioli, una fase di diluizione del prepolimero così ottenuto ed una fase di estensione del prepolimero, dove la fase di estensione sui gruppi isocianato liberi presenti nel detto prepolimero viene effettuata mediante aggiunta di acqua.
