Claims (5)
- セメントキルンの窯尻から最下段サイクロンに至るまでのキルン排ガス流路より抽気した燃焼ガスに含まれるダストをスラリー化し、該スラリーを浮遊選鉱した際に発生したフロスを固液分離して得られたろ液、及び/又はテールを固液分離して得られたろ液からなる浮遊選鉱排水に対し、該排水中に残留する重金属類を除去するための重金属除去処理及び/又は該排水中の有機物を酸化するための有機物処理を行うことを特徴とする浮遊選鉱排水の処理方法。
- 前記重金属除去処理において、前記浮遊選鉱排水にアルカリ剤を添加して該排水のpHを10以上12以下に調整した後に、液性が調整された該排水を固液分離することにより、前記重金属類を除去することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の浮遊選鉱排水の処理方法。
- 前記重金属除去処理において、前記固液分離にて排出されるろ液の砂ろ過による二次ろ過及び/又は前記固液分離にて排出されるろ液中の重金属類のキレート樹脂による吸着除去を行うことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の浮遊選鉱排水の処理方法。
- 前記重金属除去処理において、前記浮遊選鉱排水に対し、塩化第一鉄(FeCl2)、硫酸第一鉄(FeSO4)及び水硫化ソーダ(NaHS)からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の還元剤をさらに添加することを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の浮遊選鉱排水の処理方法。
- 前記有機物処理において、前記浮遊選鉱排水に対し、過酸化水素水(H2O2)、次亜塩素酸ソーダ(NaClO)、オゾン(O3)及び酸素(O2)からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種を酸化剤として添加することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の浮遊選鉱排水の処理方法。
