Claims (6)
- セメント製造設備において、焼却灰と、セメントキルンの窯尻から最下段サイクロンに至るまでのキルン排ガス流路より抽気した燃焼ガスに含まれるダストとを同時に水洗した際に発生する排水のpHが10以上の状態で硫化剤を添加した後、第一鉄化合物又は第二鉄化合物を添加し、
該第一鉄化合物又は第二鉄化合物を添加した排水から析出物を分離することにより鉛、タリウム及びセレンを除去することを特徴とする排水処理方法。 - 前記第一鉄化合物又は第二鉄化合物を添加した排水から前記析出物をろ過分離することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排水処理方法。
- 前記第一鉄化合物又は第二鉄化合物を添加した排水に高分子凝集剤を添加し、該排水から前記析出物を沈降分離することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排水処理方法。
- 前記硫化剤は、水硫化ソーダ又は硫化ソーダであることを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3に記載の排水処理方法。
- 前記第一鉄化合物は、塩化第一鉄又は硫酸第一鉄であることを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3に記載の排水処理方法。
- 前記第二鉄化合物は、塩化第二鉄又は硫酸第二鉄であることを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3に記載の排水処理方法。
