Claims (3)
- 焼却灰と、セメントキルンの窯尻から最下段サイクロンに至るまでのキルン排ガス流路より抽気された燃焼ガスに含まれるダストを水洗するにあたり、
前記焼却灰を水に溶解させた後、ろ過して得られた前記焼却灰を含むスラリーのろ液から鉛、亜鉛、及び銅からなる群から選択される一以上を除去する水処理とともに、
前記ダストを水に溶解させた後、ろ過して得られた前記ダストを含むスラリーのろ液から、前記焼却灰の水洗ろ液の水処理とは別に、セレン、タリウム、鉛、亜鉛、及び銅からなる群から選択される一以上を除去する水処理をした後、水処理後の各々のろ液を合流させ、
前記水処理後の焼却灰を含むスラリーのろ液によって、前記水処理後のダストを含むスラリーのろ液に含まれるセレン及びタリウムを希釈しながら放流することを特徴とする焼却灰及びセメントキルン燃焼ガス抽気ダストの水洗方法。 - 前記焼却灰の水洗ろ液の水処理において、水硫化ソーダ、硫化ソーダ、液体キレート、塩化第一鉄、塩化第二鉄、高分子凝集剤、及び苛性ソーダからなる群から選択される一以上を用いることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の焼却灰及びセメントキルン燃焼ガス抽気ダストの水洗方法。
- 前記ダストの水洗ろ液の水処理において、塩酸、塩化第一鉄、硫酸第一鉄、水硫化ソーダ、硫化ソーダ、苛性ソーダ、及び石灰乳からなる群から選択される一以上を用いることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の焼却灰及びセメントキルン燃焼ガス抽気ダストの水洗方法。
