Claims (16)
- 駆動ユニット(10,10a;10b)、斜板(17)、及びハウジング(1)を有する液圧ピストンエンジンであって、
前記ハウジング(1)はポット型ハウジング(1b)として構成され、任意で、定格量が異なる2つの駆動ユニット(10a;10b)のうちの1つ、定格量が異なる2つの軸受フランジ(1c1,1c2)のうちの1つ、及び定格量が異なる2つの補助ポンプ(22a,22b)のうちの1つを収容することを特徴とする液圧ピストンエンジン。 - ポット型ハウジング(1b)が、ポット型ハウジングに着脱可能に固定され、ねじ止めされる蓋状軸受フランジ(1c1;1c2)で封止される請求項1に記載の液圧ピストンエンジン。
- 駆動軸(12)は、軸受フランジ(1c1;1c2)で、ピボット軸受(6a)に回転可能に取り付けられ、前記軸受フランジ(1c1;1c2)の貫通孔を密封状に貫通する請求項2に記載の液圧ピストンエンジン。
- 駆動ユニット(10,10a;10b)、斜板(17)、及びハウジング(1)を有する液圧ピストンエンジンであって、
駆動軸(12,12a;12b)が回転可能に取り付けられ、駆動ユニット(10,10a;10b)に固定して回転するよう連結され、且つ外側に密閉するようにハウジング(1)の貫通孔(20)を貫通する液圧ピストンエンジンであって、
前記ハウジング(1)は、蓋状軸受フランジ(1c,1c1;1c2)で着脱可能に封止されるポット型ハウジング(1b)として構成され、
前記貫通孔(20)は、前記蓋状軸受フランジ(1c,1c1;1c2)に配置され、
前記駆動軸(12,12a;12b)は、前記蓋状軸受フランジ(1c,1c1;1c2)のピボット軸受(6a)に回転可能に取り付けられ、且つ前記貫通孔(20)を貫通し、並びに、
前記蓋状軸受フランジ(1c,1c1;1c2)は、外面に分散配置される締着要素(32a)を含み、前記締着要素(32a)は、支持体に前記ピストンエンジンを締着する締着装置(32)の部品である
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の液圧ピストンエンジン。 - 駆動ユニット(10,10a;10b)が、駆動軸(12,12a;12b)に対して固定して回転するよう連結されるシリンダードラム(13,13a;13b)によりそれぞれ形成され、前記シリンダードラム(13,13a;13b)は、ほぼ軸方向並行に延びるピストンボアを含み、ピストン(14)が往復運動するよう取り付けられ、且つ斜板(17)に軸支持される請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の液圧ピストンエンジン。
- 斜板(17)が軸受フランジ(1c)の内側に配置される請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の液圧ピストンエンジン。
- 斜板(17)が横方向に傾斜した揺動軸に対して揺動可能に取り付けられ、前記斜板(17)の揺動角の液圧調整装置(16)が提供され、前記斜板(17)が軸受フランジ(1c,1c1;1c2)に配置されるベアリングシェル(5a)に取り付けられる請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の液圧ピストンエンジン。
- ベアリングシェル(5a)が、ポット型ハウジング(1b)で外周方向に支持される請求項7に記載の液圧ピストンエンジン。
- 制御板(18)が作動流体の供給及び除去を制御するために提供され、液圧調整装置(16)が、制御板(18)の軸受面(1e)と軸受フランジ(1c)の接合面(1a)との間の領域に配置される請求項6から8のいずれかに記載の液圧ピストンエンジン。
- 液圧調整装置(16)が、ポット型ハウジング(1b)に少なくともほとんど封入され、少なくとも2つの定格量に対して同じか又は異なる液圧調整装置(16)が提供される請求項6から9のいずれかに記載の液圧ピストンエンジン。
- 液圧調整装置(16)が、駆動ユニット(10,10a;10b)の回転軸(12a)に対して横方向に調整する請求項6から10のいずれかに記載の液圧ピストンエンジン。
- 異なる軸受フランジ(1c1,1c2)が、同じねじ(11a)を使用してねじ止めされている請求項2から4のいずれかに記載の液圧ピストンエンジン。
- 補助ポンプ(22)が、ポット型ハウジング(1b)において駆動ユニット(10,10a;10b)の反対領域に配置される請求項1から12のいずれかに記載の液圧ピストンエンジン。
- ポット型ハウジング(1b)に制御板(18)が取り付けられ、全ての定格量に同じになるように構成される請求項1から13のいずれかに記載の液圧ピストンエンジン。
- 作用接続(19)が、約45度の角度(W)で互いに伸びる請求項1から14のいずれかに記載の液圧ピストンエンジン。
- 制御板(18)と軸受フランジ(1c1;1c2)との長さ比が、駆動ユニットの定格量に関わらず、制御板(18)の軸受によって、軸受けフランジ(1c1;1c2)のフランジ後面からフランジ前面(1a)への間隔が常に同じであるように示される請求項2から4のいずれかに記載の液圧ピストンエンジン。
