同一の部品には、図1、図2におけるものと同一の符号が付されている。無限可変トランスミッションの部分断面図である図3は、図2において符号7によって示された動作モード変更のための第2単純遊星歯車装置を主に示し、無限可変トランスミッションのその他の部品は、図面を簡単化するために省略されている。図3は、動作モード変更のための第2単純遊星歯車装置7の衛星キャリヤPS7を示し、その軸33と衛星歯車34が見える。環状部材25は、固定部材35によって衛星キャリヤPS7へ取り付けられる。また、図3は、動作モード変更のための第2単純遊星歯車装置7のサンギヤP7も示す。サンギヤP7の歯36は、衛星歯車34と係合する。環状部材23は、固定リング37を介して、サンギヤP7へ取り付けられる。
Claims (7)
- 燃焼エンジン(1)を自動車の車輪(2)へ連結する複合遊星歯車装置(3a、3b)を有する第1の主動力伝達経路と、第1単純遊星歯車装置(4)と、連続変速機を形成する2つの電気機械(5、6)と、動作モード変更のための第2単純遊星歯車装置(7)とを有する第2の動力伝達経路と、上記動作モードに応じて、動作モード変更のための上記第2単純遊星歯車装置の部品の不動化または開放を可能にする係合・係合解除装置(16、17)とを含む、燃焼エンジンが装備された自動車用の、動力分岐と2動作モードを有する、無限可変トランスミッションにおいて、上記係合・係合解除装置は、油圧アクチュエータ(42)によって移動可能な、噛み合いクラッチ装置の歯(28)が設けられた、スライドスリーブ(27)と、それぞれが動作モード変更のための上記第2単純遊星歯車装置(7)の上記部品の1つへ取り付けられた、2組の噛み合いクラッチ装置の歯(24、26)を含み、上記スライドスリーブ(27)は、2つの位置を占めることができ、2つの上記位置のそれぞれにおいて、上記スライドスリーブの上記噛み合いクラッチ装置の上記歯(28)は、動作モード変更のための上記第2単純遊星歯車装置(7)の上記部品の1組の上記噛み合いクラッチ装置の上記歯のみと係合するものであり、上記スライドスリーブ(27)の上記噛み合いクラッチ装置の上記歯は、上記スライドスリーブ(27)の2つの上記位置の変更間には、それぞれが動作モード変更のための上記第2単純遊星歯車装置の上記部品に取り付けられた2組の上記噛み合いクラッチ装置の上記歯と係合することを特徴とする、無限可変トランスミッション。

- 上記油圧作動室は、シーリングリング(54、55、56、57、58)によってシールされることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の無限可変トランスミッション。
- 上記スライドスリーブの第1の上記位置においては、上記スライドスリーブ(27)の上記噛み合いクラッチ装置の上記歯(28)は、動作モード変更のための上記第2単純遊星歯車装置のサンギヤ(P7)の上記噛み合いクラッチ装置の上記歯と係合し、上記スライドスリーブの第2の上記位置においては、上記スライドスリーブ(27)の上記噛み合いクラッチ装置の上記歯(28)は、動作モード変更のための上記第2単純遊星歯車装置の衛星キャリヤ(PS7)の上記噛み合いクラッチ装置の上記歯と係合することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の無限可変トランスミッション。
