−連続変速機を含む動力経路と;
−上記連結・連結解除装置の作動を制御することが可能な作動モード切り換え制御装置と;
を含んでなる、タイプのものである。

Claims (11)
- −内燃エンジンを自動車の駆動輪へ並列に連結し、各々が、作動モードに応じてトランスミッションの軸(6、7)を固定または開放することが可能な連結・連結解除装置(8、9)を含む、少なくとも2つの動力経路と;
−連続変速機(10)を含む動力経路と;
−上記連結・連結解除装置(8、9)の作動を制御し、上記作動モードの切り換えの際に、2つの上記トランスミッションの軸を固定しながら、2つの上記作動モードを同時に作動させることが可能な作動モード切り換え制御装置(15)と;
を含んでなる、内燃機関が装備された自動車用の2作動モードを有する無限可変動力分岐トランスミッションにおいて、2つの上記連結・連結解除装置のための唯一の駆動装置(19)を含むことを特徴とする、自動車用の2作動モードを有する無限可変動力分岐トランスミッション。 - 上記駆動装置(19)は、噛み合いクラッチのタイプのものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の、自動車用の2作動モードを有する無限可変動力分岐トランスミッション。

- 上記駆動装置は、2つの上記トランスミッションの軸に平行な並進運動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の、自動車用の2作動モードを有する無限可変動力分岐トランスミッション。
- 上記駆動装置(19)は、2つの上記トランスミッションの軸に取り付けられた対応する噛み合いクラッチの歯(25、27)の2つのセットとそれぞれ係合することが可能な、噛み合いクラッチの歯(22、23)の2つのセットを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の、自動車用の2作動モードを有する無限可変動力分岐トランスミッション。
- 上記駆動装置の上記噛み合いクラッチの歯の2つの上記セットは、上記駆動装置の1つの位置においては、2つの上記トランスミッションの軸の対応する上記噛み合いクラッチの歯の2つの上記セットと同時に係合することが可能であり、上記駆動装置の他の位置においては、2つの上記トランスミッションの軸の対応する上記噛み合いクラッチの歯の2つの上記セットの1つと交互に係合することが可能であるように、互いに軸方向にずらされていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の、自動車用の2作動モードを有する無限可変動力分岐トランスミッション。
- 上記連続変速機(10)は、電気型のものであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の、自動車用の2作動モードを有する無限可変動力分岐トランスミッション。
- 上記連続変速機は、特にハイブリッド動力装置を形成するために、2つの駆動用の電気機械または1つの駆動用の電気機械および変速機用の電気モータを含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の、自動車用の2作動モードを有する無限可変動力分岐トランスミッション。
- 上記2つの動力経路の各々は、動力分岐遊星歯車装置(4、5)を含み、上記動力分岐遊星歯車装置の1つは、1つの上記連結・連結解除装置と接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の、自動車用の2作動モードを有する無限可変動力分岐トランスミッション。
