Claims (1)
- 内部が真空に排気され、ルツボの外周に誘導加熱用のコイルを備えた溶解炉と、該溶解炉で溶解した金属溶湯を注湯して精密鋳造品を鋳造する鋳型と、スラグを濾すフィルタと、前記フィルタを金属を溶解した溶湯の液面に沿って走行させる駆動装置とを備え、
金属材料が前記ルツボの内部に装填され、前記コイルに高周波電流を通電することで、前記金属材料が誘導加熱され、その融点以上の温度に到達すると溶湯となり、該溶湯の温度が所定温度に到達すると、誘導加熱を停止し、前記溶湯を沈静化し、
前記溶湯の液面に発生するスラグを、前記スラグを濾す多孔性セラミックス材料にて成形されたフィルタを前記溶湯の液面に沿って走行させることで、前記スラグを前記溶湯の液面から除去し、
前記溶湯を注湯口にフィルタを設けていない前記鋳型に直接注湯することで前記精密鋳造品を鋳造することを特徴とする真空溶解鋳造方法。
