Description
A)芳香族ポリカーボネートまたはポリエステルカーボネートまたはそれらの混合物、
B)ポリアルキル(アルキル)アクリレート、好ましくはポリ(C1−C4−アルキル)アクリル酸C1−C8アクリルエステル、特に好ましくはポリアルキルメタクリレート、特にポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA)、
C)その構造中にスチレン、ブタジエンおよびアクリロニトリルがモノマー成分として実質的に含まれないグラフトポリマー、好ましくはアルキル(アルキル)アクリレート−グラフト化シリコーン、アクリレートまたはシリコーンアクリレートコンポジットゴム
D)有機リン酸エステル、好ましくはオリゴマー化リン酸エステル、特にビスフェノール性化合物でブリッジされたもの、および
E)要すれば、アルキル(アルキル)アクリレートに基づいた(コ)ポリマーにおいてマスターバッチとして好ましく使用される、アンチドリップ剤、好ましくはフッ素化ポリオレフィン、
を含有する組成物を提供する。
A)芳香族ポリカーボネートおよび/またはポリエステルカーボネート40〜95、好ましくは50〜90、特に60〜90重量部、最も特に好ましくは65〜85重量部、
B)ポリアルキル(アルキル)アクリレート、好ましくはポリアルキルメタクリレート、特にポリメチルメタクリレート0.1〜25、好ましくは0.5〜20、特に1〜10および最も特に好ましくは1〜6重量部、
C)その構造中にスチレン、ブタジエンおよびアクリロニトリルがモノマー成分として実質的に含まれないグラフトポリマー、好ましくはアルキル(アルキル)アクリレート−グラフト化シリコーン、アクリレートまたはシリコーンアクリレートコンポジットゴム0.1〜25、好ましくは0.5〜20、特に1〜15および最も特に好ましくは1〜10重量部、および
D)リン酸エステル、好ましくは有機リン酸エステル、特にビスフェノール性化合物をもちいて架橋化したもの0.2〜30、好ましくは0.5〜25、特に1〜20および最も特に好ましくは2〜17重量部、および
E)好ましくはアルキル(アルキル)アクリレートに基づいた(コ)ポリマーにおいてマスターバッチとして使用したアンチドリップ剤、好ましくはフッ素化ポリオレフィン0〜2、好ましくは0〜1、特に0.1〜1重量部、最も特に好ましくは0.2〜0.5重量部、
を含有し、本発明による組成物が、モノマー性ブタジエン、アクリロニトリルおよびスチレンまたはポリマー性成分において結合したブタジエン、アクリロニトリルおよびスチレンを有さず、前記全てのおよび任意別成分の重量部の総量が100に標準化したことを特徴とする。
本発明による成分Aに従った好適な芳香族ポリカーボネートおよび/または芳香族ポリエステルカーボネートは文献公知であり、文献公知の製造方法によって製造してもよい(芳香族ポリカーボネートの製造については、例えば(Schnell,「ポリカーボネートの化学と物理」(「Chemistry and Physics of Polycarbonates」)、Interscience Publishers,1964年)並びにDE-AS 1495626、DE-A 2232877、DE-A 2703376、DE-A 2714544、DE-A 3000610、DE-A 3832396;芳香族ポリエステルカーボネートの製造については例えば(DE-A 3077934)である。
または式(II)または(III)で表される基であってもよく:
xは互いに独立して0、1または2であり、
pは1または0であり、および
R5およびR6は、X1と独立に選択され、互いに独立して、水素またはC1〜C6アルキル、好ましくは水素、メチルまたはエチルを示し、
X1は炭素を示し、および
mは4〜7の整数、好ましくは4または5であるが、少なくとも1つのX1原子上で、R5およびR6はともにアルキルである。]
を有する化合物である。
好ましいポリアルキル(アルキル)アクリレートは好ましくはアルキル基に1〜8個、好ましくは1〜4個の炭素原子を有するポリアルキルメタクリレート、好ましくはポリメチルメタクリレートおよびポリエチルメタクリレートである。ポリアルキル(アルキル)アクリレートはホモポリマーまたはコポリマーとして存在し得る。一般的にメタクリレートは商業的に入手可能である。
コア/シェル構造を有するグラフトポリマーは、好ましくはグラフトポリマーCとして使用される。好適なグラフトベースC.1は、例えばアクリレート、ポリウレタン、シリコーン、並びにシリコーン−アクリレートコンポジットゴムが挙げられる。

nは互いに独立して0または1を示し、
qは0〜30を意味し、かつ
Xは6〜30個の炭素原子を有する単核または多核芳香族基、または2〜30個の炭素原子を有する直鎖状または分岐状脂肪族基を意味し、これらはOH−置換されてもよく、8個以下のエーテル結合を含有してもよい。]
を有するオリゴマーリン酸エステルまたはホスホン酸エステルが好ましくは難燃剤として使用される。
mは互いに独立して0、1、または2を示し、
R5およびR6は互いに独立して、C1〜C4アルキル、好ましくはメチルまたはエチルを示し、かつ
Yは、C1〜C7アルキリデン、C1〜C7アルキレン、C5〜C12シクロアルキレン、C5〜C12シクロアルキリデン、−O−、−S−、−SO2−または−CO−、好ましくはイソプロピリデンまたはメチレンを示す。]
を有する化合物である。
成分Dによる難燃剤はしばしば、いわゆるアンチドリップ剤(anti-drip agents)と組合せて使用され、これは火災時に燃焼する液滴を生じる材料の傾向を低減するものである。フッ素化ポリオレフィン、シリコーン、並びにアラミドファイバーを含有する物質群からの化合物がここに例示される。これらはまた、発明による組成物中に使用され得る。フッ素化ポリオレフィンは好ましくは液滴防止剤として使用される。
発明による組成物はまた、20重量部以下、好ましくは10重量部以下、および特に5重量部以下の少なくとも1種の常套のポリマー添加剤、例えば、潤滑剤および離型剤、例えば、ペンタエリスリトールテトラステアレート、成核剤、静電防止剤、安定剤、光−安定剤、充填剤または強化剤、染料または顔料、並びに難燃剤または難燃相乗剤、例えばナノスケールの形態の無機物質および/またはシリケート物質、例えばタルクまたは珪灰石を含んでもよい。
表1に記載し、以下に簡単に説明した成分をZSK−25マシンで、240℃で溶融コンパウンドした。試験片をArburg270E射出成形装置において、240℃で製造した。
ゲル透過クロマトグラフィーによる重量平均分子量(MW)26,000g/モルを有するビスフェノールAに基づいた直鎖状ポリカーボネート。
Plexiglas(登録商標)6N:Roehn GmbH & Co. KG(ドイツ国、Darmstadt)からのポリメチルメタクリレート(230℃およびプランジャー荷重3.8kgで測定した溶融流量MVR12cm3/10分を有する)。
スチレン:アクリロニトリルの重量比73:27および固有粘度0.55dl/g(20℃でメチレンクロリド0.5g/100ml溶液中で測定した)を有するスチレン/アクリロニトリルコポリマー。
平均粒径d50=0.3μmを有し、エマルション重合によって製造された架橋化ポリブタジエンゴム60重量部上で重量比73:27のスチレンおよびアクリロニトリルのコポリマー40重量部のABSグラフトポリマー
Paraloid(登録商標)EXL2300:(Rohm & Haas、Antwerp(ベルギー国、Atnwerp))からのメチルメタクリレート−グラフト化ブチルアクリレートゴム)。
Metablen(登録商標)S2001:三菱レーヨン株式会社(日本国、東京)からのメチルメタクリレート−グラフト化シリコーン−ブチルアクリレートコンポジットゴム。
ビスフェノールAに基づいたオリゴフォスフェート:
Blendex(登録商標)449: General Electric Specialty Chemicals、オランダ国、ベルヘン・オフ・ゾーム)のスチレン−アクリロニトリルコポリマー50重量%およびPTFE50重量%を含有するテフロンマスターバッチ。
PTFE60重量部およびPMMA40重量部のPTFE/PMMAマスターバッチ。
ペンタエリスリトールテトラステアレート(PETS)(F1)
ホスフィット安定剤(F2)
Claims (3)
- A)40〜95重量部の芳香族ポリカーボネートまたはポリエステルカーボネートまたはそれらの混合物、
B)1〜10重量部のポリアルキル(アルキル)アクリレートであって、プランジャー荷重3.8kgを用いて、230℃で測定した溶融流量(MVR)少なくとも8cm3/10分を有する、ポリアルキル(アルキル)アクリレート、
C)0.1〜25重量部のグラフトポリマーであって、
グラフトベースが、シリコーンゴム、アクリレートゴムおよびシリコーン−アクリレートコンポジットゴムからなる群の少なくとも1つから選択され、
グラフトシェルが、(メタ)アクリル酸(C1−C8)アルキルエステル、または、(メタ)アクリル酸(C1−C8)アルキルエステルの混合物から構成される、
グラフトポリマー、
D)0.2〜30重量部の有機リン酸エステル、
E)0〜2重量部のアンチドリップ剤(anti-drip agent)、および
F)0〜20重量部の潤滑剤および離型剤、成核剤、静電防止剤、安定剤、光安定剤、染料、顔料、成分Dと異なる難燃剤、および難燃性相乗剤からなる群の少なくとも1つから選択される添加剤および/またはポリフェニレンオキシド、ポリエステル、エポキシ樹脂およびノボラック樹脂からなる群から選択されるさらなるポリマー化合物(成分F)、を含有する(ただし、炭素繊維を除く)組成物であって、該組成物におけるスチレン、アクリロニトリルおよびブタジエンの総量、即ち、残存モノマーとして存在する対応する構造およびポリマーにおいて結合した形態で存在する対応する構造との合計が、組成物の総量に対して0.5重量%の最大値を超えないことを特徴とする組成物であって、
前記成分Dとして、

R1、R2、R3およびR4は、互いに独立して、C1〜C8アルキルまたはC5〜C6シクロアルキルを示すか、あるいは、要すればアルキルで置換されたC6〜C20アリールまたはC7〜C12アラルキルを示し、
nは、互いに独立して、0または1を示し、
qは、0〜30であり、かつ
Xは、6〜30個の炭素原子を有する単核または多核芳香族基、または2〜30個の炭素原子を有する直鎖状または分岐状脂肪族基を示し、これらはOH−置換されてもよく、8個以下のエーテル結合を含有してもよい。]
