Description
Claims (8)
- 冷媒圧縮機のドライブハウジング圧力pCの設定によって前記冷媒圧縮機の搬送率を制御するための冷媒圧縮機用制御弁であって、一方で前記圧縮機の高圧pDにより作用を受ける吐出室と前記圧縮機の前記ドライブハウジングとの間の搬送側制御ラインを、及び他方で、前記ドライブハウジングと前記圧縮機の吸入圧pSにより作用を受ける吸入室との間の吸入側制御ラインを可変的に絞り及び/又は遮断するように制御体が制御し、制御弁の制御体が電磁的に駆動される、冷媒圧縮機用制御弁において、
制御体(20)が、搬送側制御ラインを遮断する第1の部分と吸入側制御ラインを遮断する第2の部分とを有し、該第1の部分と該第2の部分とが互いに一体的に結合されており、
前記制御体(20)が、搬送側及び吸入側の双方の制御ラインを同時に遮断でき、
前記制御体(20)が、大気圧p A と前記吸入圧p S との圧力差により作動する圧力セル(23)の動きによって駆動されることを特徴とする、制御弁。 - 前記制御体(20)を制御するため、電気的に動作する磁気コイル(24)が前記制御体(20)又は前記制御体(20)に固着されるアーマチュア(201)に対し磁気的に作用することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の制御弁。
- 冷却系の運転が停止されると、対応する冷却系の動作及び状態が妨害されない場合、中断の位置にある前記制御弁(2)が、前記吸入側制御ライン(22)を遮断することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の制御弁。
- 前記吸入圧が最小動作値を下回ると、前記圧力セル(23)が前記制御体(20)を、前記搬送側制御ラインを解放する位置に動かすことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の制御弁。
- 前記制御体(20)が中間位置を介して2点の終止位置間を移動でき、第1の終止位置において前記搬送側制御ライン(21)が遮断され、前記中間位置において双方の制御ライン(21;22)が遮断され、及び第2の終止位置において前記吸入側制御ライン(22)が遮断されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の制御弁。
- 冷媒圧縮機のドライブハウジング圧力pCの設定によって前記冷媒圧縮機の搬送率を制御するための制御弁を有し、一方で前記圧縮機の高圧pDにより作用を受ける吐出室と前記圧縮機の前記ドライブハウジングとの間の搬送側制御ラインを、及び他方で前記圧縮機の前記ドライブハウジングと吸入圧pSにより作用を受ける吸入室との間の吸入側制御ラインを制御する制御体を備え、前記制御弁の制御体が電磁的に駆動される、自動車の空調システム用冷媒圧縮機であって、
制御体(20)が、搬送側制御ラインを遮断する第1の部分と吸入側制御ラインを遮断する第2の部分とを有し、該第1の部分と該第2の部分とが互いに一体的に結合されており、
前記制御体(20)が、搬送側及び吸入側の双方の制御ラインを同時に遮断でき、
前記制御体(20)が、大気圧p A と前記吸入圧p S との圧力差により作動する圧力セル(23)の動きによって駆動されることを特徴とする、冷媒圧縮機。 - 冷却系の運転が停止されると、対応する冷却系の動作及び状態が妨害されない場合、中断の位置にある前記制御弁(2)が、前記吸入側制御ライン(22)を遮断することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の冷媒圧縮機。
- 前記吸入圧が最小動作値を下回ると、前記圧力セル(23)が前記制御体(20)を、前記搬送側制御ライン(22)を解放する位置に動かすことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の冷媒圧縮機。
