Claims (8)
- ステンレス製鋼工程中、電気炉スラグに含有されたクロムを還元させる工程において、
スラグを液状に維持しつつ、粉体アルミニウムドロスの投入量を、溶鋼1トンあたり10kg〜20kgの範囲として電気炉スラグ中に吹き込むとともに、
前記粉体アルミニウムドロスの粒度は、1mm〜5mmの範囲であることを特徴とする、含酸化クロムスラグからのクロム金属還元方法。 - 前記粉体アルミニウムドロスは、窒素(N)またはアルゴン(Ar)ガスのうちの少なくとも1つの不活性ガスと共に、軟鋼管を介して吹き込むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の含酸化クロムスラグからのクロム金属還元方法。
- 前記粉体アルミニウムドロスは、スラグ中のクロムを還元する化学当量以上の量を吹き込むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の含酸化クロムスラグからのクロム金属還元方法。
- 前記粉体アルミニウムドロスの吹き込みは、電気炉操業中、酸素の吹き込みが終わった時点で行われることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の含酸化クロムスラグからのクロム金属還元方法。
- 前記粉体アルミニウムドロスの吹き込みは、電気炉操業中、電気炉の積算電力300kW/ton〜400kW/tonの範囲の時点で行われることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の含酸化クロムスラグからのクロム金属還元方法。
- 前記電気炉スラグの塩基度は、1.1〜1.7の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の含酸化クロムスラグからのクロム金属還元方法。
- 前記電気炉スラグ中のアルミナ含有量を、10%以上に維持することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の含酸化クロムスラグからのクロム金属還元方法。
