Abstract
La invencion se refiere a un procedimiento para producir acero inoxidable en particular aceros que contengan cromo y cromo-niquel. El procedimiento se lleva a cabo en una instalacion de fundido que contiene un recipiente metalurgico o en una instalacion de fundido (1) que contenga cuando menos dos recipientes (2, 3) para alimentar una instalacion de colada de acero, un proceso de horno de arco electrico(1) y un proceso de refinacion con aire tiene lugar alternativamente en los dos recipientes (2, 3). Para mejorar la eficiencia de una metodo de este tipo, el objetivo de la invencion es llevar a cabo un tratamiento reversible de la escoria no reducida del convertidor en el modo de horno electrico para conseguir esto, en el primer paso de tratamiento la escoria (19) con un contenido de cromo elevado se funde conjuntamente con la carga agregada, luego la escoria se reduce durante el proceso de fundido con el silicio y el carbono bajo condiciones termodinamicas favorables para el arco electrico una vez que la escoria haya alcanzado una temperatura minima de 1,490° C y luego se retira la escoria. El proceso de refinamiento por aire se realiza durante el cual el contenido de carbon se reduce a un valor menor que 0.9% la escoria metalica (18) es refinada a una temperatura de retiro 1,620 y 1,620° C, se retira el material fundido metalico donde la escoria con alto contenido de cromo 19 del proceso de soplado queda en el recipiente de tratamiento.
