Description
(a)全ての所望の湾曲部と分岐部とそのような流路構造物を含むパイプを製造し、
(b)鋳型の内部でパイプの周囲に特にパイプ内壁を同時冷却しながら溶融銅又 は溶融銅合金を流し込み、
(c)溶融銅を冷却する。
Claims (9)
- 鋳型の内部で、冷却材通路を形成するパイプの周囲に溶融銅又は溶融銅合金を流し込むことにより、湾曲部と分岐部を含んだ流路構造物を備えた前記パイプの周囲に囲い鋳物が形成された、熱的負荷を受ける炉壁に採用される冷却要素において、
前記パイプが銅もしくは銅・ニッケル合金からなり、該パイプの外側面に電解被覆が設けられたことを特徴とする冷却要素。 - パイプが銅パイプであり、被覆がニッケルメッキ層である請求項1記載の冷却要素。
- 被覆の厚さが3〜12μmであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の冷却要素。
- (a)湾曲部と分岐部を含んだ流路構造物を備えたパイプを製造し、鋳型の内部でパイプの周囲にパイプ内壁を同時冷却しながら溶融銅或いは溶融銅合金を流し込んでパイプの周囲に囲い鋳物を形成し、ついで
(b)溶融銅を冷却する、
工程で、パイプで形成した冷却材通路が内部に設けられ、熱的負荷を受ける炉壁に採用される冷却要素の製造方法において、
前記パイプが銅もしくは銅・ニッケル合金からなり、
該パイプの製造時に、少なくとも後で銅或いは銅合金で周囲を囲まれるパイプ外側面の部分を電解被覆することを特徴とする製造方法。 - パイプを所望のパイプ形状の製造後に初めて被覆することを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
- パイプ外側面を、被覆前にブラスト機械加工することを特徴とする請求項4又は5記載の方法。
- 被覆済みパイプ外側面を、パイプの鋳込み前に脱脂することを特徴とする請求項4から6の1つに記載の方法。
- 銅パイプを利用し、パイプ外側面の被覆をニッケルメッキ浴で行うことを特徴とする請求項4から7の1つに記載の方法。
- メッキ層の厚さが3〜12μmであることを特徴とする請求項4から8の1つに記載の方法。
