Abstract
"ELEMENTO DE REFRIGERAçãO, ESPECIALMENTE PARA FORNOS, ASSIM COMO PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UM ELEMENTO DE REFRIGERAçãO". A presente invenção refere-se a um elemento de refrigeração, especialmente para a utilização em paredes de fornos altamente solicitados termicamente, assim como ainda um processo para a fabricação de um elemento de refrigeração. O elemento de refrigeração consiste em cobre fundido ou uma liga de cobre de baixa liga e é dotado de canais de meio de refrigeração dispostos no seu interior que consistem em tubos vertidos no cobre ou na liga de cobre. Para criar um elemento de refrigeração com um liga de material aperfeiçoada nas superfícies adjacentes entre o tubo de refrigeração e o metal de trasfego e, com isso, uma melhor transmissão de calor, está sendo proposto que os tubos dos canais de refrigeração são dotados no seu lado externo de um revestimento eletrolítico. Como especialmente vantajoso revelou-se utilizar tubos de cobre, sendo que o revestimento dos seus lados externos se efetua em um banho de níquel galvânico.
