図3は、図1及び図2の実施例に対して選択的な形式のねじ締結を有する、図4のIII−III線に沿った加工モジュールの縦断面図、
図4は、図3のIV−IV線に沿った、加工モジュールの半径方向断面図、
図5は、図4のV−V線に沿った、加工モジュールの縦断面図、
図6は、インナーシャフト及びアウターシャフトを有する、組立完成された調節可能なカムシャフトの縦断面図である。
Claims (10)
- 少なくとも2つの完成加工された個別のカム(1,2,4)を所定の角度位置でシャフト上に堅固に取り付け、該シャフトをアウターシャフト(12)と、このアウターシャフト(12)に同心的に配置されたインナーシャフト(11)とから形成する、カムシャフトを製作するための方法において、
次のような時間的な連続で製作段階を実施する:つまり、
シャフト(11,12)上に堅固に取り付けられる
少なくとも2つのカム(1,2,4)を、取り付け前に1つの加工モジュールに解除可能に統合し、この際に、完成されたカムシャフト上で互いに相対的に不動である複数の第1のカム(1,2)を、シャフト(11,12)上の最終的な対応配置に相当する配置に整列し、
加工モジュール内で、カムの半径方向の周面から、少なくとも2つのカム(1,2,4)の少なくともカム輪郭形状を完成加工し、
完成加工されたカム(1,2,4)を、加工モジュール内でシャフト(11,12)に取り付け、
完成されたカムシャフト上で互いに相対的に不動な第1のカム(1,2)を、加工モジュール内で少なくともその角度位置に関連して規定された対応配置で、シャフト(11,12)に堅固に結合し、
加工モジュール内でのカム(1,2,4)の解除可能な統合を分離し、加工モジュールに設けられた位置決め補助手段及び/又は接続補助手段(3,5)を取り除く、
ことを特徴とする、カムシャフトを製作するための方法。 - 取り付けようとするカム(1,2,4)を軸方向で互いに間隔を保って配置し、このような軸方向の間隔を加工モジュール内において、この加工モジュールに設けられたスペーサホルダ(3)によって調節する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 嵌め込まれたスペーサホルダ(3)を周方向に開放する構成部材として構成し、このスペーサホルダ(3)に、カムが取り付けられたシャフトの対応する外径よりも大きい開口を設け、このシャフトに対応する外径は、インナーシャフト(11)とアウターシャフト(12)とから組み立てられたシャフトにおいては、アウターシャフト(12)の外径に相当する、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- カム(1,2,4)のうちの1つ、つまり第2のカム(4)が、この第2のカム(4)をインナーシャフト(12)上に固定する固定部材(13)を受容するための半径方向の嵌合孔(7)を有しており、
該嵌合孔(7)を、当該の第2のカム(4)が加工モジュール内にある間に、形成する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - カムを解除可能に統合させるための手段として、カム(1,2,4)を軸方向で貫通するねじ(5)を用いる、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 少なくとも2つの前記ねじ(5)を、カム(1,2,4)の外周面に亘って分配して設ける、請求項5記載の方法。
- ねじ(5)のねじ山(6)を、ねじ頭とは反対側に位置するスペーサホルダ(3)内に設けられた対抗ねじ山に係合させ、それぞれ少なくとも2つのねじ(5)を、そのねじ頭位置及びねじ山位置に関連して軸方向で逆向きに嵌め込む、請求項5又は6記載の方法。
- 軸方向の固定ピンを加工モジュール内における位置決め補助手段として加工モジュールに嵌め込む、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ねじ(5)を位置決めねじとして構成する、請求項5から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の、カムシャフトを製作するための方法であって、カム(1,24)が取り付けられているシャフトを、互いに同心的に入れ子式に入り込む、互いに相対的に調節可能な2つのシャフト、つまりインナーシャフト(11)とアウターシャフト(12)とから形成し、第1のカム(1,2)をアウターシャフト(12)に堅固に結合し、また第2のカム(4)を、前記アウターシャフト(11)に貫通係合する半径方向の接続部材(13)を介してインナーシャフト(11)に堅固に結合する方法において、
すべてのカム(1,2,4)のための半径方向の内側面を、同じ直径に加工し、第2のカム(4)を受容するための減径された直径を有する切欠(9)をアウターシャフト(12)に設け、この際に、前記減径を、アウターシャフト(12)における第2のカム(4)の遊びなしの回転が保証される程度に実施することを特徴とする、カムシャフトを製作するための方法。
