Claims (8)
- 金属材質で且つ弾性を具備する本体の一端に予め設置された回路基板に接続する接続部が設けられ、前記本体の他端に電池の導電部に接触させる接触部が設けられてなり、前記接触部は、その基端から先端に向けて互いに接近する突状側部を備え、両突状側部の相交差する箇所に頂部が形成されている接触端子において、前記本体は、水平方向に向く水平部を備えると共に前記水平部の一端が前記接続部を兼ねているか、または、前記本体は前記水平部と前記水平部の一端から下方に向けて折曲して延伸させた脚部とを備え、前記脚部が前記接続部を兼ねており、更に、前記本体は水平方向に向く水平部を備え、前記水平部の一端の長手方向の延長上に前記接触部が上方に延出して設けられているか、または、前記本体は前記水平部と前記水平部の一端から上方に向けて折曲して延伸させた首部とを備え、前記首部の上部に前記接触部が設けられていることを特徴とする接触端子。
- 前記本体は、柱状、管状、片状及び板状のうちの何れかであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接触端子。
- 前記接続部と前記接触部の前記頂部との間に上下方向に高低差が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接触端子。
- 前記接触部は、片状または板状をなしていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接触端子。
- 前記接触部の形状は、前記水平部の長手方向から眺める正面視がテーパー形状、側方視が三角形状、菱形形状及び外辺を少なくとも3つ有する多角形状のうちの何れか1つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接触端子。
- 前記本体と前記接続部と前記接触部とが同一平面上に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接触端子。
- 前記本体は、外力に対して長手方向に収縮変形可能であって前記外力が消滅した時に元位置に復帰可能な弾性部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の接触端子。
- 前記弾性部は、連続屈曲状、波状及びコイル状のうちの何れか1つであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の接触端子。
