Abstract

本发明涉及一种接触端子结构改良,属于机电类。本体一端延伸有连接在预设电路板的一连接部,该本体另一端延伸有一接触部,该接触部具有以一渐缩区段形成的一终端。优点在于:接触端子具有平板状的接触部,且接触部具有两渐缩区段,该等渐缩区段延伸的相交接处形成有终端,藉此,达到接触端子可搭配不同形态电池的导电部产生电性接触。接触端子的本体经弯折后可使连接部与接触部间产生高低差,并藉由本体产生弹力弯曲或弹力变形,使得接触部可弹性抵持在不同形态电池的导电部,产生良好的电性接触,且与电池分离之后,接触端子的本体也可弹性回复到原始状态,实用性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及机电类,特别涉及一种接触端子结构改良,尤指一种可对应不同形态电池的导电部位形成电性接触的接触端子结构改良。
背景技术
众所周知,目前常用的不论是何种携带式电子产品,如数位相机、行动电话、笔记型电脑、掌上型游乐器等,该等电子产品内部皆收容有电池,而工作时所需要的电力便透过电池提供。
而随着科技的进步以及环保意识的抬头,电池的技术也随着演变,由早期的乾电池、碳锌电池转为镍镉电池、镍氢电池、锂硫电池或锂电池等作为电力供应来源了,该等新形态的电池除了体积轻薄短小外,还具有可重复充电再使用的特性,因此,许多的电子产品皆有对应其规格的镍镉电池、镍氢电池、锂硫电池或锂电池已作为电力供应来源。
镍镉电池、镍氢电池、锂硫电池或锂电池等电池在电力耗尽时,可由电子产品中取下,通过外部的充电装置进行充电,一般称为充电器,充电器凹设有容置槽,容置槽内设有接触端子,通过接触端子与电池的导电部形成电性接触后,充电器将外部电力传输到电池内,使电池重新充满电力。
如附图1所示,是常用充电器与电池组合示意图之一,由图中可清楚看出,充电器1凹设有容置槽10,容置槽10内壁上设有复数的接触端子3,则电池2置入容置槽10后,电池2的各导电部4将与接触端子3形成电性接触,则充电器1可将外部电力,如市电传输到电池2内部,又在图中可看出,电池2的导电部4设为平面片状,因此,充电器1的接触端子3为了配合平面状的导电部4,而设置为凸起弧形,或可视为注音符号〔<>型等类型体。
如附图2所示,是常用充电器与电池组合示意图之二,由图中可清楚看出,电池21的导电部41设为管槽状,因此,充电器11的接触端子31为了配合管槽状的导电部41,而设置为柱状,在电池21置入容置槽110并进行充电时,接触端子31穿入导电部41内,形成电性接触。
如附图3所示,是常用充电器与电池组合示意图之三,由图中可清楚看出,电池22的导电部42设为并列槽状,因此,充电器12的接触端子32为了配合并列槽状的导电部42,而设置为并列片状,在电池22置入容置槽120并进行充电时,接触端子32穿入导电部42内,形成电性接触;由以上情况可知不同种类的电子产品,加不同形态的导电部,因此,充电器必须设计不同形态的接触端子,所以常用的接触端子规格繁多而无法共用,需要加以改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种接触端子结构改良,解了常用接触端子规格繁多且无法共用等问题。
本发明的技术方案是:接触端子本体一端延伸有连接在预设电路板的一连接部,该本体另一端延伸有一接触部,该接触部具有以一渐缩区段形成的一终端;本体可为柱状、管状、片状或板状的其中之一;连接部与本体间可为平行延伸、垂直延伸或经延伸形成角度差的其中之一;接触部与本体间可为平行延伸、垂直延伸或经延伸形成角度差的其中之一;连接部与该接触部间可呈高低差、水平状、垂直状或形成角度差的其中之一;接触部可为片状或板状的其中之一;接触部可为锥形、三角形、菱形、鸢形或多边形的其中之一;本体进一步设有一弹性区段;弹性区段可为连续弯折状、波浪状或连续缠绕状的其中之一。
本发明的优点在于:接触端子具有平板状的接触部,且接触部具有两渐缩区段,该等渐缩区段延伸的相交接处形成有终端,藉此,达到接触端子可搭配不同形态电池的导电部产生电性接触;
接触端子的本体经弯折后可使连接部与接触部间产生高低差,并藉由本体产生弹力弯曲或弹力变形,使得接触部可弹性抵持在不同形态电池的导电部,产生良好的电性接触,且与电池分离之后,接触端子的本体也可弹性回复到原始状态,实用性强。

具体实施方式:
如附图4及附图5所示,本发明的接触端子5具有本体51,本体51一端延伸弯折有连接部511,连接部511可通过焊接、熔接或插接等方式与预设的电路板呈电性连接;
本体51的另一端延伸弯折有接触部52,接触部52为平板状且具有渐缩区段521,渐缩区段521延伸有终端522。
当接触端子5的连接部511与预设的电路板连接后,由于连接部511与接触部52间形成高低差的水平状态,因此,当接触部52受外力压迫时,如电池的导电部,便会以连接部511与本体51的弯折处为轴心,以本体51为轴杆,产生位移连带使本体51产生弹性位移,本体51为金属材质且具有弹性,在上述状态下,本体51与连接部511的弯折处受外力产生压缩弹力;
当施加在接触部52的外力消失时,由连接部511与本体51的弯折处释放原先压缩弹力,使本体51产生位移,带动接触部52回复到原始位置,通过上述的方式,接触端子5的接触部52可产生弹性位移,在使用时可通过弹性位移抵持在连接的装置,如电池的导电部。
如附图6及附图7所示,充电器1装设有复数的接触端子5,接触端子5的接触部52穿出容置槽10内壁,则当电池2收容在充电器1的容置槽10内时,电池2的各导电部4将与接触端子5形成电性接触,则充电器1可将外部电力,如市电传输到电池2内部,又在图中可看出,电池2的导电部4设为平面片状,而接触端子5具有终端522,则接触端子5的接触部52与导电部4接触时,终端522与导电部4形成电性接触,使充电器1的电力经由接触端子5的终端522传输到导电部4,再由导电部4传输到电池2内部,再者,此类形态的电池2大多为数位相机、行动电话等电子装置所使用的电池。
如附图2及附图8所示,电池21的导电部41设为管槽状,而本发明的接触部52具有渐缩区段521与终端522,则接触端子5的接触部52与导电部4接触时,首先由终端522穿入导电部41内,直到渐缩区段521接触到导电部41的管壁后,接触部52与导电部41形成电性接触,而此类形态的电池21大多为数位摄影机等电子装置所使用的电池。
如附图3及附图9所示,电池22的导电部42设为并列槽状,则本发明的接触端子5的接触部52与导电部42接触时,接触部52为平板状,而能完全收容在导电部42内,并与导电部42形成电性接触,而此类形态的电池22大多为笔记型电脑等电子装置所使用的电池。
如附图10及附图11所示,接触端子5的本体51与连接部511、或与接触部52之间可为平行延伸、垂直延伸或经延伸形成角度差其中的一个,且连接部511与该接触部52间可呈水平状、垂直状或形成角度差其中的一个,藉此,连接部511与接触部52间可形成高低差状态,则接触部52受外力压迫后,便会以连接部511为轴心,以本体51为轴杆,产生位移连带使本体51产生弹性位移,当施加在接触部52的外力消失时,连接部511与本体51释放原先压缩弹力,使本体51产生弹性回复位移,带动接触部52回复到原始位置,通过上述的方式,接触端子5的接触部52可产生弹性位移,在使用时可通过弹性位移抵持在连接的装置,如附图6至附图9中所示的使用状态。
如附图12所示,接触端子5的本体51可设为柱状、管状、片状或板状的其中之一,而接触部52可为锥形、三角形、菱形、鸢形或至少具有三个外边的形状的其中之一,藉以搭配不同形态的装置,如附图6至附图9中所示的使用状态。
如附图13及附图14所示,接触端子5具有本体51,本体51一端延伸有连接部511,另一端延伸有接触部52,接触部52为平板状且具有渐缩区段521,渐缩区段521延伸有终端522;
该本体51的适当位置处设有弹性区段53,则接触部52受到外力压迫时,使弹性区段53产生形变并具有压缩弹力,当接触部52的外力消失后,弹性区段53释放压缩的弹力,使接触部52回复到原本的位置,藉此,接触端子5可达到如附图6至附图9中所示的使用功效。

Claims (9)

1、一种接触端子结构改良,其特征在于:本体一端延伸有连接在预设电路板的一连接部,该本体另一端延伸有一接触部,该接触部具有以一渐缩区段形成的一终端。
2、根据权利要求1所述的接触端子结构改良,其特征在于:所述的本体可为柱状、管状、片状或板状。
3、根据权利要求1所述的接触端子结构改良,其特征在于:所述的连接部与本体间可为平行延伸、垂直延伸或经延伸形成角度差的。
4、根据权利要求1所述的接触端子结构改良,其特征在于:所述的接触部与本体间可为平行延伸、垂直延伸或经延伸形成角度差。
5、根据权利要求1所述的接触端子结构改良,其特征在于:所述的连接部与该接触部间可呈高低差、水平状、垂直状或形成角度差。
6、根据权利要求1所述的接触端子结构改良,其特征在于:所述的接触部可为片状或板状。
7、根据权利要求1所述的接触端子结构改良,其特征在于:所述的接触部可为锥形、三角形、菱形、鸢形或多边形。
8、根据权利要求1所述的接触端子结构改良,其特征在于:所述的本体进一步设有一弹性区段。
9、根据权利要求8所述的接触端子结构改良,其特征在于:所述的弹性区段可为连续弯折状、波浪状或连续缠绕状。
