Claims (3)
- 内輪と、内輪の周囲に配設される外輪と、外輪と内輪との間に介装される円すいころと、円すいころを保持するポケットを有する保持器とを備えた車輪用軸受装置の組立方法において、
複数の円すいころが周方向に沿って配設されて隣り合う大端面の外径が相互に接触した状態での円すいころの大端面の外接する円のころ外接円径を、保持器の最大内径よりも小さく設定し、
保持器ポケットに対応した数の軸方向ガイド溝を有する治具を保持器に挿通状態とする工程と、
複数の円すいころを前記治具の各軸方向ガイド溝に嵌合させ、円すいころの小端面を前記保持器ポケットの小径リング部側の端縁に当接させる工程と、
前記内輪が装着された治具を保持器の大径リング部側から小径リング部側に向かう軸心方向に移動させることにより、前記保持器に保持される全円すいころを外径方向に押圧して保持器ポケットに同時に組み込むことと、前記内輪の内輪軌道面にポケットに装着された全円すいころを組み付むことの連続工程と、を有する車輪用軸受装置の組立方法。 - 全円すいころと保持器と内輪とが組み付けられた組立部品を前記外輪に組み込むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車輪用軸受装置の組立方法。
- 前記外輪に組み込まれた前記組立部品にハブ輪を組み込むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車輪用軸受装置の組立方法。
