Claims (3)
- 電波反射板の表面に電波吸収層を設けた電波吸収体において、前記電波吸収層は、可撓性エポキシ樹脂と、難燃剤と、マイクロバルーンと、カーボンチョップドファイバーとを配合した組成物から構成され、前記カーボンチョップドファイバーの含有密度を前記電波吸収層の厚み方向において前記電波反射板に近づくに連れて順次、大きくし、前記電波吸収層を厚み方向に三分割した三層の分割層を積層して構成し、前記マイクロバルーンを、無機質マイクロバルーンとして、真密度を0.20〜0.4g/cm 3 、粒径を25〜120μmとし、前記電波反射板に最も近い分割層が可撓性エポキシ樹脂100質量部に対して難燃剤40〜90質量部と、無機質マイクロバルーン40〜60質量部と、カーボンチョップドファイバー3〜15質量部とを配合した組成物から構成されることを特徴とする電波吸収体。
- 電波反射板の表面に電波吸収層を設けた電波吸収体において、前記電波吸収層は、可撓性エポキシ樹脂と、難燃剤と、マイクロバルーンと、カーボンチョップドファイバーとを配合した組成物から構成され、前記カーボンチョップドファイバーの含有密度を前記電波吸収層の厚み方向において前記電波反射板に近づくに連れて順次、大きくし、前記電波吸収層を厚み方向に三分割した三層の分割層を積層して構成し、前記マイクロバルーンを、樹脂マイクロバルーンとして、真密度を0.020〜0.030g/cm3、粒径を25〜120μmとし、前記電波反射板に最も近い分割層が可撓性エポキシ樹脂100質量部に対して難燃剤40〜90質量部と、樹脂マイクロバルーン3〜6質量部と、カーボンチョップドファイバー3〜15質量部とを配合した組成物から構成されることを特徴とする電波吸収体。
- 前記カーボンチョップドファイバーの繊維長を、1.0〜3.5mm、繊維径を10〜20μmとした請求項1または2に記載の電波吸収体。
