Description
表へは記載しなかったが、基材1上への内部難燃層3の積層を塗工により行ったら、密着性が弱く、数回の折り曲げによって、基材1と内部難燃層3の界面で剥離が生じた。内部難燃層3と軟磁性層5の貼り合わせを、内部難燃層3に直接軟磁性層5を塗工し、その後軟磁性層5の表面に表面難燃層6を塗工した電磁波吸収シートを作成したら、当該電磁波吸収シートを数回折り曲げただけで、内部難燃層3と軟磁性層5の界面で剥離が生じた。

Claims (4)
- シート状の基材(1)と、基材(1)の一方の面に積層した軟磁性層(5)を有し、軟磁性層(5)の両面に積層されて当該軟磁性層(5)を挟むように内部難燃層(3)及び表面難燃層(6)を積層した電磁波吸収シートであって、軟磁性層(5)がアクリル系樹脂100質量部、軟磁性金属粉末600〜1200質量部からなる組成物から形成され、軟磁性金属粉末が、その平均粒径が10μm以上であると共に軟磁性層(5)全体の層厚の80%以下であり、さらにアスペクト比10以上の扁平形状金属磁性粉末であり、内部難燃層(3)及び表面難燃層(6)がアクリル系樹脂100質量部、水酸化アルミニウム及び/又は水酸化マグネシウム1000〜3000質量部、赤燐を10〜100質量部を有する組成物から形成され、基材(1)と内部難燃層(3)の間に粘着剤層(2)、さらに内部難燃層(3)と軟磁性層(5)の間に粘着剤層(4)を積層され、粘着剤層(2、4)を構成する組成物がアクリル系粘着剤で形成されたことを特徴とする電磁波吸収シート。
- 粘着剤層(2、4)を構成する組成物が、アクリル系粘着剤及び赤燐を有するものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電磁波吸収シート。
- 粘着剤層(2、4)を構成する組成物が、アクリル系粘着剤、赤燐及び粘着付与樹脂を有するものであることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の電磁波吸収シート。
- Sパラメータ法による1GHzにおける複素透磁率の実数項値が3以上、虚数項値が4以上であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3記載の電磁波吸収シート。
